Appearance: Zak is not a tall man, only 5'5". He has long black hair and amber eyes. He usually wears black leather coats over a plain white shirt. He also wears jeans and a pair of sneakers. The other most notable feature of Zak is his sunglasses, which is he rarely seen without.

History: Baltazar was training to become a marine since he was born. He was training as much as possible due to the fact that he came from a marine family and everybody who dared to follow another path was punished by being forgoten by the other family members or even getting killed. He had no problem with this thing, though, as he was obsessed with anything that had to do with fighting and killing pirates. Since the age of 18 he was a strong swordsman and he managed to go to various missions with other high-ranking marines, up to the point that he became a Rear Admiral. Now, he resides at his home island, Bee Island, protecting it and relaxing himself from his marine duties for a while.

Personality: Baltazar is a cruel person who does not hesitate to kill even a child if he believes that they are going against the law. He is a fan of absolute justice and he tries to make his subordinates fans of it as well. He is friends with every person who is a believer of absolute justice while he is enemies with those who believe in moral justice.
