Taihaku has long black hair and piercing hazel eyes. He wears a white cloak like jacket that gives the impression of some sort of wealth. The has bandages wrapping his arms because of the scars he has received from training and wears two katana on his left hip so he draws them with his right hand.
History: Taihaku was born in the New World to two semi famous and powerful pirates. His parents dreams of owning the New World led him to be "discarded" by them and sent to the first half of the Grand Line to live with distant relatives of his. His family lived on an isolated island where there was only a small community of families and the rest was inhabited by wild animals. Throughout Taihaku's childhood he was picked on and abused by children and his family members that were supposed to take care of him, they wrote it off as "toughening him up". At the age of 6 Taihaku ran deep into the woods surrounding his families estate on a dark stormy night as got lost. Not expecting his family to care enough to come for him he fended for himself as long as he could with little knowledge of the wild. Bitter at his family and knowing his time was coming close to an end he lay in the dark cold forest still fighting for his life through willpower alone. When morning came Taihaku walked as far as he could without signs of any civilization before collapsing. When he awoke he found himself in a bed in a little shack with an old man cooking dinner. The old man was Allan Kajikaze an ex pirate and expert swordsman who had been on the far side of the island for years. Allan took Taihaku in as his own and trained him in the ways of the sword for years Taihaku trained in order to prove he was worth saving to Allan. Allan pushed Taihaku to his limits everyday almost killing him multiple times but Taihaku was okay with the rigorous training because he knew Allan was only trying to help. After years with Allan Taihaku grew by leaps and bounds as a swordsman. When Taihaku reached the age of 17 Allan died of old age in the shack they had lived in for over 10 years. Taihaku was proud of the man he now considered his father and adopted his last name discarding his old families name. A year later on his birthday he sailed from the island in a little raft he built with Allans two prized swords in hand and headed towards the new world to become a pirate. On his journey he got in many fights with other pirates and sailors who bad mouthed him or attempted to rob him and made a name for himself as The Silent Assassin. The nickname came from Taihaku's fighting style, while fighting he moved so swiftly no one would see or hear his footsteps making him a formidable opponent.
Personality: Taihaku is a mild mannered kind man. Rarely anything surprises him in the world as he grew up learning what evil's the world held. He is humble because of his upbringing he is only used to being praised by one man and is willing and eager to learn anything regarding swordsmanship to improve his art. He will stand up for himself against any foe which many have noted is a bad trait to have if he is heading for the new world but he refuses to change. He is also noted for his patience, where other pirates would cut down someone who gets in their way Taihaku tries to give them a chance of escaping with their lives or at very least all of their limbs.

Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25):
1)Taka Nami-While airborne, creates a powerful gust of wind to knock opponents over. First used to wipe out some Baroque Works agents at Whiskey Peak. It can be done while standing on the ground. Zoro says this attack is very useful against a group of weak enemies.
2)Nitōryū Iai: Rashōmon-wo Sword Style Draw and Resheath Technique: Castle Gate): A dual sword drawing technique so powerful that it can split large obstacles in half. Zoro draws his swords, and sheaths them quickly, able to split a train carriage in half.
3)Ittōryū Iai: Shishi Sonson-Placing the sheathed sword upright and listening to the "breath" of his opponent, the attack rapidly unsheathes, attacks, and sheaths the sword.
