Appearance: Noah has unkempt gray hair, short and reasonable. His eyes are a silvery color, and he is tanned and about 5' 8" tall. He wears a white t-shirt and white pants when not on the job, and wears a white suit when he is. No matter what, however, he wears white sneakers, and white socks.
History: Noah was born into the White Code, oddly enough, and was raised to believe that the World Government was always right. However, they could never instill that sense of respect into their master of ranged combat and maneuverability, which his instructors quickly learn when he outdid them with Soru, laughing in their faces all the while. Needless to say, he perfected Soru really rather quickly, following that with Geppou. He quickly came to believe that crucifixion was, by far, the best method of execution. Though, as he found out, incorporating crucifixion into battle proved difficult. Very difficult. He figured the best way would be to launch nails into someone at high speeds, taking them by surprise: I mean, how can you hammer someone into a wall in the middle of a battle?
He learned to flick nails at people with his thumb, gradually improving the launch speed and accuracy, while also training with an interesting cardlike weapon as well. His tendency to crucify people, and the cross marks on his cards, led him to be nicknamed 'the Cross', which he actually laughs at when people use it. He did small jobs for the White Code so far, and can't wait until he's actually counted as a 'real member'.
Personality: Noah doesn't believe in positional respect: that is, he doesn't respect you unless you deserve it. He is very impudent and sarcastic to everyone else, disregarding such things as position and power when conversing with others. He also lacks most senses of fear, not bothering with being worried or frightened by power. If you are one of the few he deems worthy of respect, he speaks quietly, respectfully, and kindly. This tone also carries over when talking with his friends. He truly believes the World Government is always in the right, and will defend that belief to death.

Weapons/Items: Trick Deck and Trick Trump, small nails for him to flick at people, and large nails... like, BIG nails. Also, wooden crucifix when he's on the job.
