History:Vega was inserted into White Code since birth. he was chosen out of many new born children to join White Code by Yuukimura. This selection process was rigorous but even since birth Vegas talent could not be denied. He adapted to Rokushiki almost instinctively. He also learned about fire arms at the tender age of 12. Vega could fire guns bigger than himself at the age of 15. He was also already well on the way to becoming a master at Rokushiki. In many essences Vega was considered a sucess story of the White Code youth program. That was until Todd came along. Todd who was considered the governments weapon threw Vegas existence into certain chaos. However Vega was not forgotten by Yuukimura who maintained the need for someone of Vegas talents. Vega remained in the White Code as a direct effort of Yuukimura and is currently trying to gain leadership from Yuukimura of the White Code.


Personality: Vega on the outside seems like a lovable personality and a very friendly person. However that is not the case. The truth is he has hi own agendas and own plans. He plans everything to the detail in his mind. It is for that reason that he is good at setting courses and king maps to some extent. He is not vicious but he has a mean sadistic streak. He respects Yuukimura to a fault, he considers Yuukimura his mentor and father.

He is still young, so his power hasnt fully matured as of yet, but his use of firearms, helps him out in those situations.
