Name: Rashmi Kaur
Age:26
Bounty: 50.000.000
Species: Human
Occupation: none
Allegiance: Revolutionary (leader)
Home Village/Ocean: Jaya
Appearance:
Rashmi is said to be very beautiful, though she doesn't really care much about beauty.
Standing at 6'2'', she's very tall, and it adds to her icy cold stare out of dark brown, narrow eyes. Her raven black hair is long, though she keeps it tied and hanging over her left shoulder most of the time. Her cheek bones are very defined, though feminine, and she looks a lot more experienced (though she's actually really inexperienced, in being a good leader, strategist, fighter and anything else) than she is, though one would have problems actually connecting any age to her, she's just one of the persons who have an ageless look. The closest one could say to guess her age would be "young". And she does look young.
She has dark skin, very dark, and an overall beautiful built, which her clothes don't really conceal (at all), despite the typical revolutionary coat she's wearing over them. She often wears elegant things, though the most important thing is that she can move in them.
History:
Rashmi was born and raised in Jaya, and so had her fair share of pirates and other outlaws. Until she was sixteen, she barely knew that there was such a thing as a marine, or a government for that matter.
One could say she was naive, just setting out with her own crew of pirates to explore the world, not knowing what things it held.
She had to learn soon. Soon came when she had earned herself a small bounty (only 5.000.000 during that time) and was therefor recognised as a pirate, even though a small one.
During that time, she had already become a very good martial artist from her time on Jaya, but wasn't nearly a threat to any marine vessel. She knew that. Still, she was childish. She was too stubborn and proud to see that she'd lose a battle against the marine.
When it came to that battle, in East Blue, her crew were killed to the last men, only Rashmi survived and was arrested to be executed later.
It never got to the execution, though, unluckily the island she was brought to was attacked by revolutionaries, namely the young up and coming revolutionary leader Johan Frideswide.
She was broken out of her cell by them, like all other prisoners were.
That was the first time she had seen revolutionaries. It was also the first time she met Johan. Well, saw Johan, to be specific, when he held a speech after their victory.
She really admired him. Maybe, just maybe, she had a little crush on him.
Soon afterwards, the revolutionaries left, and as soon as they had, the country fell into chaos. It's now an outlaw country, much like Jaya, some say worse. Some say much worse.
It's weird how admiration can mix with disbelief that soon becomes disgust and then hate. Still it mixes with admiration...
Well, Rashmi had other things to do than watch the downfall of a country, she wanted revenge. And soon, she spotted just what she needed to get it.
A small pirate had gotten his dirty hands on one of the prized devilfruits. She had seen some people with devilfruit powers before... She wanted it. It was the easiest way to gain power, and power was what she needed to get her revenge on the marine.
The pirate was surpisingly easy to kill, but then again, maybe it was just her who was impressingly determained to get to power.
After she had eaten the devilfruit, she took the pirates ship (he didn't need it anymore, after all), and also got his crew in her tyrannic grasp (hey, he didn't need it anymore).
During the next six years, she caused destruction and terror in the rows of the marines with her devilfruits power, and came to master it more and more.
Her bounty, of course, grew exponentially, until at the end of the sixth year, now she was 22 years old, she had a bounty of 40.000.000.
The revolutionaries got... interested in her and her activities, which were to focused on one target and to well organised to be a mere pirates doing.
So one day, when she was planning an ambush on a group of marines, someone who she'd come to know as “The black wolf“ showed up on her ship, No one knew where he'd come from so suddenly, a few of them had heard of him...
The black wolf of all people. She didn't know much about him, but he didn't seem like the vicious, bloodthirsty type to her.
They didn't talk for long, and the things they talked about had little to do with getting her to become a revolutionary.
Still, when he left, Rashmi was changed somehow. She would spend much time deep in thought, even let some marines go when she already had them in her fangs (That was just a phase, she is now back to "Don't take prisoners!", except when she really needs to).
Then, one day, she spoke to the crew, that hadn't been hers to begin with, telling them that she'd become a revolutionary, and that they were free to follow her or leave.
Surprisingly many remained with her. They had spent so much time with her, it was hard to imagine just leaving now.
That was how Rashmi became a revolutionary. Not because of ideals, which she never really got as much as the otehrs did, but because of coldblooded revenge.
She started attacking the government directly now, no one knew why, no one knew what her political views were (has none, really), she was just like a wild animal. A wild, coldblooded and beautiful animal. That's what made many people follow her.
Now, two years later, she's a well known (though still inexperienced) revolutionary leader, and very active. Recently, she has taken over Dawn island and given refuge to some of Johan Frideswides crew, a man she had almost forgotten...
Personality:
Extremely cold, to her victims as much as to foolish men who want to ask her out, Rashmi is an absolute ice queen.
She can be quite avaricious, but deep, deep inside, she has a just heart. Not a really good heart, but a just one.
She's extremely proud, and knows her own strenght well, often using it to erase human life, which she shows so little respect for. She's overly confident in her devilfruit abilities, though she's a wonderful martial artist as well, and sees using seastone as cheating.
To other revolutionaries, especially leaders, she's usually mistrusting, but she'll help them out simply because they share a common goal. Though, for her followers, she seems to have a soft spot, which she hates. They seem to remind her of her first crew.
It's hard to believe sometimes, but she does have incredibly strong moral and finds honour extremely important. She would have made a good marine, her world view is just as seperated into black and white as theirs is, only the other way round.
Ship: “Ratna“ the ship the stole from the pirate, a medium sized ship made out of dark brown, very hard wood. It has ten canons, four on each side, one in the front, and one in the back.
Ship Flag: She used to have a pirate flag, though now she really doesn't use any flag anymore
Devil Fruit: Diamond ( Jozus unnamed devilfruit)
type: logia/paramecia (not comfirmed yet)
effect: Allows the user to transform any body part or the full body into diamond, gaining its hardness and a possible strenght boost.
Special Abilities:
Is an outstanding martial artist, though only a real threat to strong opponents in combination with her devilfruit powers.
Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25):
None, as her devilfruit doesn't really... have any moves we know of.
Weapons/Items:
None. Who needs weapons?
Goals:
To complete her revenge on all marines (and possibly the world government)
((I asked you guys if I could make up a leader for that island, here she is. Also, I hope James doesn't mind I used his char. I tried to keep him in character... by not letting you know what he did.))
