Appearance: A 5'3' pink headed 20 year old with ocean blue eyes. Jissly is mostly seen with blue jeans and a white tank top. She also possesses a gold necklace equipped to her neck. She wears blue boots that range to her knees, with he usual compass on her hand. She also places her chakrams on her back. When she sues her cursed fruit, her eyes sometimes turn yellow with the pupils of a snake. Her skin some times turns pistol gray scales. Her fingernails are always blue and she sometimes places venom on them as nail polish. You might even see her with a generic hat on, but very rarely.

History:
Early Life
Jissly was born on Java island, her parents were killed quite quickly in her life, when she was about two. When she grew to the age of six, she became engulfed in the crime of the city. Until she met an old man who was skilled in Kung Fu. The old man was named Kuu, Kuu taught Jissly, Hebi Kung Fu and along with it gave her a new name, his last name Hebi. He proclaimed her his daughter and started to raise her. Kuu was skilled in medicines, he was an illegal doctor. He was an illegal doctor, because he would test poisons on his patents. Kuu was wanted by the authorities for 2,000,000 beri for killing 1,050 patients with various poisons. In order to protect Jissly he sent her out on a boat, with enough food for a month. He was never seen again.
CP5, Cursed fruit and new friends
Jissly landed on an island known to be the headquarters of the CP5. She was immediately apprehended. After a few trials she was subjected to take training to become a member of the CP5. Jissly was brainwashed into believing that pirates were bad, until She met a young boy three years older than herself. That man was Kakura Seigo, a very skilled 9 year old boy who was an heir to the chief of the CP5. Kakura had short red hair and at the time was 5'1', very tall for his age. Jissly and Kakura quickly became associates and friends, partaking various missions and training. Three years later Jissly and Kakura was on a survival mission, with nothing to eat on the tropical island, Jissly and Kakura consumed disgusting exotic fruits. Jissly mentioned that her fruit tasted like pen ink. A few days later, Jissly found her body turned into scales. The scales were pistol gray and very disgusting. when she looked into the mirror she found a snake eyed, pink haired woman. Jissly screamed, the tropical mirror shattered as she threw a rock at it. A buffalo suddenly roamed to her and Kakura's location as she approached it. Before the buffalo could kill her by ramming her, she bit the buffalo, she was hungry. The buffalo fell to the ground unable to move. As Jissly continued to consume the buffalo raw. Jissly had discovered some very odd abilities. When she arrived back on base, she had told herself that she needed to control the new found abilities. She tested the extent of her poison on numerous animals around the world. Jissly also learned for the next five years, how to manipulate the dangerous properties of a chakram. During that time, she met Grey Archfield a young boy three years older than her, who had defeated a highly powerful pirate before joining the group, Jink and old man who loved creating gadgets and Gizmos, and Cain Horus a very conceited individual 5 years older than herself, whom she did not like. Her,Kakura, and the other three were always on missions together and started to forge bonds. Though Jinks died one day when he was engulfed by a sea monster. Jissly was sad, since she really enjoyed the man's company.
Present day
After CP5 disbanded, Jissly started to live with Kakura and occasionally visits Grey, she did hear about Cains promotion and his later death. She is now on a local island in the grandline, keeping Kakura company.

Personality: Jissly is very high spirited, very optimistic, very cautious and worried about her friends. She isn't ruthless at the least. Though, She is not the brightest person. Jissly is very sneaky, she always attempts to creep up on people, her instinct is to avoid fights and confrontation. She seems to be very lenient, never trying to kill anyone, and she always scolds and lectures. The mixture of a dumbfounded girl and a nagging wife. Jissly, is very ignorant to others, and is not a great judge of character. She trust s just about anyone and is confused when something bad happens to her.

Rapid snake strikes: Jissly attacks the opponent with a barrage of snake strikes by turning her palm into the form of a snake and attacking the body.
Snake trap: Jissly attempts to capture her opponents arm, by opening her snake style hand and grabbing the opponent's arm.
Chakram abilities:
Toss: Jissly tosses her chakram, creating moderate damage, such as slashing someone.
Vibrating Toss: Jissly spins her chakram gaining velocity as she tosses the chakra, items like trees are cut in half horizontally.
Venomous toss: Jissly secretes venom on her chakram and throws it, attempting to hit anything touched by it with paralyzing venom.
