History: Segal is born on a strange island in the the Grand Line. An Island where all the season are shown. Through, winter, fall, summer, and spring. Though the winters and fall are the longest time period. Segal was born in a winter time, but there was actually nothing to celebrate about his birth. As soon as he was born, he was taken by the dictator of the island. Segal's family is in a long blood line of doctors, medicines, surgeons, and such. The King is determine to make the child his personal doctor, taking advantages of his amazing skills. When the boy has already been pushed to learn math, reading, history, stragegy, fighting, martial arts, anything he can pushed onto the boy in ten years. Segal manages to survive all these lesson. And when he didn't do a good job on them, he was kicked outside in the cold winter, or when it was warm, stuff in the huge freezer room. Because of this, his body adjusted to the freezing temperture and isn't bothered by it at all anymore. But he didn't say anything about it. He rather not have a more worser punishment. When Segal, somehow, got all basic skills and such, his training has only increase as he started to study the human body, sturcture, how he can fix it, medical equipment and such. His physical training also continued as the king purposely put him against solders for his own entertainment. It just gave Segal the more reason that he wanted to live. At the age of 15, every single advance medical technique stored into him, like some kind of robot downloading some files. To put him to the test, the king send Segal to operate on one of his Nobels.
The proceders prove sucessful, and so Segal stood with the king from that day, whether he likes it or not. The Dictator stood oblvious as he did not know the plans that Segal have in store for the man... Plans that includes that either he dies, or the other.
Five years; Segal continues to let himself become a puppet to his man. Five years; his hatred and desire for the King's blood only grew.
He knew of the consquenses. The King is a politic figure in the World Government. Someone that, even if you touch the man, the marines would go after you. Touch the man would mean trying to go out for death. Apparently, Segal could careless. He was against the World Government in the first place. Like the world isn't corrupted enough. The marines are just as bad as pirates themselves.
On that night, Segal did his deed and disappeared off as the castle burned to the ground. Everyone survived; except for the King. It wouldn't matter. He was dead long before.
Taking his katar, he set sail into the Grand Line, having all the experience he needed when he went to the Government meetings with the dictator. He would just sometime have to refrain from laughing as he saw one of the Kings scold his behavior. And one time, he has to use all of his will as he saw the King just hit an innocent child. The man was a horrible, horrible being an understatement, person in the beginning. Why should he be so surprise by what he did in the first place? When he, as a child, was abused by him also?
As Segal went farther, and farther out to the sea, his emotions started to drift away, leaving him almost empty. There is no more reason for him to live... Despite that the King was a horrible, abusive man, he gave him the will to live. Segal made a humorless, sad laugh. How ironic. Putting his hood up, he looked at the markings on him. He had them since he could remember. And he would know whether the king did put a tattoo on him to show that he belonged to him. If he did, it would be on most of the servants. But it was just him.... these marks have a compatible feeling with his skin. Like they belong there. Birthmarks?
He began to wonder, does he have a family there?...though the idea seems hopeless.
Looking upon the sea behind his white bangs, he glared at the incoming marine ships. How annoying. Standing up for a King who did nothing but give misery for his kingdom. Hopefully, the subjects would get a chance to pick their own leader. Possibly a better one.
As he continued on his way, he stared at the incoming ships.
Maybe he should try to destory the World Government......looking for his family on the way?
A smirk filled the man's face. That would just satisfy him greatly....
The next day, Segal wonder if he should be happy, horrified, or just plain sad? Well, he didn't show any of those emotion if he felt any. A bounty of 15,000,000. That is how much they are going to ask him to have since he killed the king, one of the world government "good" figures. Segal almost made some kind of emotions as he realized something. He left too soon, and no one really knew what killed the king. Looks like the marines were smart enough to know that the king wasn't killed from the fire. Rather, he was murdered before the place was set on fire.
Shrugging it off, Segal wondered how they got his pictures. Looking at it more, he chuckled as he remembered that his hair grew longer. This is a pictures when he was with the King in the Government meeting. What a good idea to take a picture of their companions, just in case.
So, he's a suspect for killing the King? That's interesting. Wonder what'll happen when they find out...
Time pass, and some are beginning to think that Segal is actully dead to the world. He wasn't seen with the villagers when the fire came. They didn't found any traces of him in the burnt down castle. So, they put it off as a possibility that he is, in fact, dead. That is, until one night.
"Get some water!! Put out this fire!!!" yelled a marine as he shouted and pointed towards the, obviously, burning building. What just happened here, no one expected it. Segal attacked this strong fort from the inside, and no one even notice until it was too late. They say he is a shadow that came lurking in, so he can plainly kill anyone.
In other truth, he was just trying to get a kid of his back.
There was this girl who kept clinging on to his leg, and wouldn't let go until the tried to heal her brother. He could've just slice her off, but there were too many people. He could just flat out say no, but he didn't want her wails to get louder. After checking the boy, he found that the ingrediants, and medicine he needs, are not in any of the medical shops, which just plainly irks him, making his doctor blood boils. Are they just lazy to stock some of the most essential things? Sure, what the boy have is common, but they should at least stock up the medicine just in case!
Seeing that he would have no choice, or he wouldn't hear the end of it from his ancestor, he devise a plan to infiltrate the marines HQ fort. It's suicide but what he done in comparsion of this, should be that much of a problem.
He just didn't expect the little girl to rat him out all the same.

1: Let yourself get caught.
or
2: slice a few body and get the heck out of here.. maybe causing a distraction.
He like the second option.
And so, the world knows his presence. Messing up the Marine HQ Fort, just earned him 30,000,000.
Personality: Quiet and calm. Really calm. It's rare to see him react to anything. And if he does, that mean it is really bad, or actually really good. He is alway some how emotionless and doesn't speak up unless he needs to. More of a follower than a leader but he knows when he needs to be a leader and when not to be a follower. Quite impassive, like he seen so much already, he'll except anything that comes towards him. People didn't interest him, unless they are genetically special, or if they have some kind of wound that he can't help but try to fix. Sometimes, he'll notice them if they are just plain annoying or just standing too much out of the crowd. Being a doctor, somewhere in his blood, he can't help but heal the person that neads healing. It just can't be helped sometimes. He can be cold and blunt at times, like stating out obvious faults that no one dared to. Making comments that would surely means his death. Stuff like that.

Sleeping Cat: A seditive is spread on his Katars and will make whoever he slashes/stabs asleep or close to it.

Poison in Stock:
Sea King Poison: Slow acting poison that would at first make you nauceous and dizzy but if it continues to invade your system, you will get worse. After several days, you'll get a cold. That cold will turn into a fever or a flu and you will eventually die out of a high fever.
Antidote: There are several antidotes but you need the poison from a Sea King to make it.
Yuda Poison (Sea-Serpents): Almost instant kill- very dangerous. Only one small bottle in stock.
Antidote: Only one that is ever assisted. Not only you need the very same poison, but you also need blubber from Whale-Sharks.
Red-Lotus Spider Poison (powder): At first your skin and eyes hurt but after a few hours, you die. Mostly have powder but rarely any liquid poison.
Antidote: Water will weaken it and though you'll have to suffer a bit of pain, you'll live.
Desert Strawberry Poison: A spider whose poison would spread through your body unknowingly and you will die within a few hours. After death, the poison would get the body to release further toxin that would poison anyone around the body.
Antidote: Need the poison itself and a special catus.
Hashiri Dokoro Poison: A plant from the north that got its name (kanji for Hashiri means run) because those who ingest it go crazy and run around like mad.
Antidote: Will wear off in time but dunk the victim in water helps.
Mescal Cactus Poison: Cause Hallucinations.
Antidote: Will wear off in time but better to tranquilized victim.
Goals: Either to destory the World Government, or Find his family. Or plainly find a purpose.
