History:
Born in West Blue, Allen lived a incident free life, he was free from many things and had no tragedy in his childhood. He started studying medicine at the age of 16, a very bright boy who also was quite athletic.Allen studied medicine till he was 21 years old and finally graduated. He was quite happy working at the hospital at his home town for a few years. When Allen turned 23 he was offered a job in a big hospital on the grandline.
During one case however, Allen screwed up and let one of his patients die. Allen was so traumatized by the event and the hospital blamed him and made him a pariah for the mistake he made. Allen was forced to resign.Unable to return to his hometown and unable to practice medicine legally, Allen was forced to practice medicine illegally as a pirate doctor.He traveled everywhere and even found a devil fruit. However Allen has always been haunted by that one moment. He however begrudgingly treats patients even with that thought in the back of his mind.
Allen continues to travel in search of a place where he belongs and possibly a start at his piracy career.
Personality:Being very smart, Allen is often analytical to a fault. He analyzes the situation and based on that moves ahead. he always thinks. Allen is negative most of the time, due to the trauma he suffered from failing to save that patient. However when amongst friends and under the right atmosphere, Allen can be quite happy and jovial. He is quite easy to get around with as he is friendly due to his nature as a doctor, as well as his wise demeanor.

Devil Fruit: Tokuisei Tokuisei no Mi

Effect: On eatting the Tokuisei Tokuisei no Mi fruit, the user is granted a phoenominal power. The power to control, by placing their hands on a certain object, how gravity effects said object to the point of infinity. Because of the fact that gravity is acting, and compressing on certain objects so hard no other force applies to them such as wind resistance or any other sort of radiant energy. Using this ability one who had eaten the fruit would be able to accelerate mass at very high speeds as well as being able to lift up objects with no limits as long as it touches their hands. The later ability comes into play when the adverse is done, taking away all gravity on an object making it weightless until it is out of the users hands. The user of the fruit is also able to compress, or decompress matter to any shape or size. This would mean, taking a boulder and decreasing it to the size of a pebble to throw at an opponent without changing it's weight or super compressing the air into super dense orbs which can be fired at an enemy with deadly results. By using the ability on themselves, the user is able to fly or levitate in the air as well as moving at incredible speeds. The downside of this fruit comes in the fact that only objects that touch the users hands can be effected when the contact is broken so is the effect of the fruit. The 'part' is considered to be the whole, if someone has their arm grabbed by the user of the fruit they can change the effect of gravity on the entire body. Much the same thing happens when a ship, or other large structure is touched. The larger the object, the more it's gravity can be altered. Larger objects such as ships can be crushed with relative easer due to their large mass, but a human can fight against it given that their body is up to finesse. In the case of weapons or smaller items, they are as well relatively easy to break due to the nature of molecules in metal they would simply bend and compress. Other materials act the same way.
Special Abilities:His medical skills , he can perform a surgery with very little preparation. he also can fight well hand to hand, but he tries to avoid it because of his profession. Otherwise his physical abilities are slightly above average.
Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25):
1.Vortex: By facing his palms toward each other, Allen is able to use the ability of his fruit to cause a high pressure collapse in the area of his palms. This in essence creates a sort of mini black hole. The rip in the air sucks anything infront of Allen, to him. It also absorbs and crushes all projectiles to a singularity. It appears as a black orb between his palms.
2.Heavy Fist - Training his body and his powers to their fullest Allen has given himself a new reaction. Whenever his fist comes into contact with a substance of person he immedietly turns gravity to infinite. This infinite fist has tremendous bone crushing and internal force by compressing the area hit on impact.
3.Cutting Wind - By both compressing and decompressing the air around him at the same time, Allen can make immense shears of 'wind' that fire at his opponents. These wind shears are just as shapr, if not sharper than any blade of wind and due to their high pressure can cut through objects. The wind shears glow a faint blue color. Soren is able to fire these simply by slashing his arm through the air, and can be shot rapidly.
4. Atmosphere - Allen must touch two people at once and then increase the gravity for one so he cannot move and decrease the gravity for the other so he would float in the sky unable to move.
