History: Hikaris great great grandmother was genetic code were spliced with that of a great white snow hawk, and was given wings on her back and look vary much like angel, the wing were the dominate code so all of her kids and their kids and so on got them. Her family was dedicated to serving the uncorrupt justice, then a corrupt branch of the world government attacked them and killed them all. She wasn't told that they told her that pirates killed them. She continues to serve the navy to this day, and is a highly respected member of the navy
