History: There is little known about Capone past he never talks about it, when someone brings it up his reply is I just wanna live and be free to do what i want. Only thing on record about him is his days in Block Prison its as far back as he will talk about. Block Prison was the place Flash and Jack found him. After a bet with Jack and loss he joined up with them. They found fame quick as pirate hunters and even more when they joined the navy, after sometime they left and started the Meitou Pirates. (Only a few people in the world know the true history of his past, but from what linked info we did found out about him was that he lived in a small village where his family ruled. One day the navy came to place the land under there flag. Things turned bad real quick, his family was killed by the town people to prove they would sever under the navy. His family told the town people it was there job to protect them and they would die for them but they had one conditaion wacth over there son. The towns people wanted to fight back but Capone's family knew they all would lose there life if they did. Its not yet knowen if Capone plans to take his village back or take revenge but what ever it is im sure its gonna bring blood.)
Personality: If you don't know Capone then I'm sure you would never have anything good to say about him. Its the same reason he got his name "Two Handed" even tho he likes to think its cause he use two swords and not one. This guy is all about a fight even if he has to be the one to start it, only thing he likes more then a fight is a bet he loves to gamble. He has good luck and usal wins but that never stops him from cheating in fact he cheats more cause of his luck. On the other side of him tho is a loyal guy who whould die in a moment for the ones he loves. He may seem like a dick and go around picking fights but its never someone weaker only stronger people when he sees a guy picking on a weaker person he has to step in even if it means death. Everyday he wakes up with a smile on his face and says today is a good day to die.

Learned Techniques : Devil's Wind (the flying blade attack) Devil's Storm (the flying blade attack with repeated shots) Devil's horn (this is the flying blade attack when both swords are joined Capone spins the joined blades like a staff on his side and swich postions on the sword from side to side causeing a firce slicein wind where the two winds meet)
Weapons/Items: Yin-Yao or Twin Blades. These two blades are the only one of there kind they were made by twin sword smiths (they were real brothers im talkin same parents) each sword had a diffent power to give on its own but they were strongest when together. One sword was a black blade for power and the other was a golden blade speed, each sword was longer then a normal katana but what made them more rare was they could be joined together in a perfect balance.
