Eel-o-matic 10,000 Deathwand (It's over 9000!!!!!)

This item is a long staff with a hooked and and multiple blade-like protrusions running along the entire length. A venom-dispensing tube runs to the outer-most blades of the staff, along the hooked end. The venom dispensing system can be activated and deactivated by means of a small switch located on the rubber-gripped handle at the end of the device. The venom is a weak necrotizing fluid that slowly breaks down superficial tissues near the contacted area. The result of the venom is heavy, painful contusions which spread at a one inch radius from the contacted area. The blade must break the skin for the venom to function. The venom is only fatal if the blade remains in the bloodstream, dispensing constantly for some ten minutes or if the victim is covered with enough cuts over the entirety of their body.

This staff has eaten the Eel Eel Fruit: Model Electric. The staff can assume properties of the eel suck as becoming incredible flexible, giving the staff no defined shape other than the blade-like protrusions along its body. The staff can also envelope itself in pulsing electricity that envelops its entire length, offering a nasty shock to anyone who touches it. (The rubber handle at the end keeps the wielder of the weapon safe from the electricity.) The typical voltage is enough to stun or knock a victim unconscious but cannot sustain a fatal charge without prolonged exposure to the victim. During typical voltage, the eel does not need a recovery time.

Special:The eel can sustain a voltage of 10,000v for ten seconds before needing a half hour to regenerate.
