Allows user (weapon) to assume attributes of an electric eel.
User come becomes long, lithe, and exceedingly flexible allowing the entire user's frame to undulate and lash violently at will. The user also have control over a pulsing electric charge with travels over the length of the users body, involving it in a an offensive or protective barrier of electric voltage effecting anyone who touches the user. The voltage is enough to stun or knock a victim unconscious but cannot sustain a fatal charge without prolonged exposure to the victim.

wait... how can you have a df of an aquatic animal? I mean eels dont breath air and it would make alot more sense to be an eel fishman...

Its going to be for a weapon. The funny thing I thought was its an eel eel fruit that turns you into an electric eel (they are technically not eels)

It's the same thing with a time I made a Shark fruit....aquatic animals work as long as it's only for a weapon.
