Description and Weapon Special Abilities:
Mega Meals-
Different Meals Prepared with special additives that gave them special properties
When consistently eaten over a period of time it causes the potential of users power to go up
Example:
When eaten by a Zoan Fruit user they gain 3 Extra forms
When eaten by a non Devil Fruit user the potential of there greatest area strength goes up (example, speed, strength, whatever there strongest asset is)
When eaten by any other DF user, there ability's potential goes up

Power Pills-
Pills that one carries around and when eaten actives the power potential that was raised by the Mega Meals
there are ten Levels of power each is opened with one pill
but eating to many to close together will cause the body to go into shock
so you can only eat one per post
Example of the ten levels ((theses are Chef's Ten levels))

Drawbacks:
For Non DF Users: There bodies cant handle the extra power, so they have to be unconscious for a certain amount of time
After 1st Pill - 20 mins
After 2nd Pill - 40 mins
After 3rd Pill - 1 hour
After 4th Pill - 8 hours
After 5th Pill - 24 hours
After 6th Pill - 3 days
After 7th Pill - 7 days
After 8th Pill -1 month
After 9th Pill - 2 months

For other DF users:
After 1st Pill - 20 mins
After 2nd Pill - 40 mins
After 3rd Pill - 1 hour
After 4th Pill - 8 hours
After 5th Pill - 24 hours
After 6th Pill - 3 days
After 7th Pill - 7 days
After 8th Pill -1 month

For Zoan users:
Cant Stay in the extra Forms for more then 10 posts

only from his point of view, he is moving so fast that by comparison n every one else is moving so slow it looks like they arnt moving. get it?

Well if it's only LOOKING that way it's actually a huge drawback, after all they could move as fast as they want but the one using the speed won't see it. No?
