Koukan-Koukan no Mi

Name: Koukan-Koukan no Mi (Exchange-Exchange Fruit)
Type: Paramecia
Capabilities: Allows two creatures which have eaten a Devil Fruit , exchange their Devil Fruit powers by creating a link during the process. The exchange of powers lasts forever unless the two people who exchanged their powers , touch each other. If the one of the two people who exchanged their Devil Fruit powers dies then his own Devil Fruit power is lost and the other one gets his ability back. However , the powers of the Koukan-Koukan no Mi cannot be exchanged. Also , it can be used only once per two minutes. The only exception to this , is that when if two people who exchanged their powers touch each other before the time limit for the reuse , then it is possible for the user to use his power again.
