Appearance: Has tanned skin that seems almost a grayish brown; Has brown hair, no facial hair and a rigid jaw. His eyes are a dark green. He has scar marks on his shoulder that run relatively deep. He wears a loose grey singlet and grey, baggy long trousers, wears black sandals. Has an arm band at the left shoulder. He wears a head band around his head, slightly covered by parts of his brown hair hanging over from his head down to his eye brows. His fingers seem very dry and worn.
History: Garret Finch was raised by his family to be a marine; His mother was an ex CP9 member who trained him regularly. Garret loved and respected his mother beyond all else; even if his father was an incredible drunkard who yelled at Gary’s siblings, his mother and him, he would put up with it for his mother’s sake. His mother trained him in rokushiki and swordsmanship. His mother and him also loved and respected nature, and would spend more time out in the wilds of the swamplands near their home, training and bonding as student and pupil, mother and son. One day, at the age of 16, His mother vanished; no goodbyes, no notes, no murder; simply vanished. His father became even more drunk than usual, and kicked Gary and his brothers and sisters out into the streets. They wandered for days, Gary having to tend for them. Then a few nights after, pirates sneaked into town and pillaged it, kidnapping Garret and his siblings off the streets. He never saw his siblings again. He lost himself for a while, locked in the dark dungeons of the pirate ship, lost without family, hope or light. Then his mother’s training sessions came back to him; regaining his composure and discipline, he observed and planned within his cell. When night came, a mutiny on the ship suddenly occurred; the captain and most of the crew were butchered during the infighting. Garret had lithely taken a lifeboat off the ship, and rowed away. For the next few years of his life, he trained in the only rokushiki styles he knew and improved his swordsmanship, then began to bounty hunt big name pirates; he became known as Gary the Gator, due to the nature of his sword style. His reputation as an anti pirate hunter was great enough to attract the attention of the marines, who attempted to recruit him. He declined, then did something unexpected; he turned to poaching. Why he did this, as with all other things he has done, is not very clear, but he now works as Liutenant of Operations of the Mojave Fang branch of the Will~Ie Bag ‘n’ Tag Poaching guild.
Personality: A balanced person by nature of upbringing, he shows a good deal of discipline. Garret can put people in their place when he wants, but never usually does, unless he sees a need to. He understands that law and order is necessary to preserve a proper working global economy. He is good at social communication with people while Martin and Willard are not. He has a very overall neutral view on the world around him, and he acknowledges that the industry of poaching is upsetting the ecosystem. He frequently keeps his boss, Willard, under watch, as asked of him by Bardiel, head of the company. Garret likes a swampy environment the best, as it reminds him of the happy days he shared with his mother. He trains with diligence and determination in private; he does not like to be watched when he fights or trains. He has a special relationship with Lieg, his hunting companion (a leopard), and has trained him for the hunt. When Garret is irritated, he takes out a bag of corn seeds, and crunches on them. Despite his outlook on law and order, however, he enjoys a good game of liars dice and gambling. Overall he can be difficult to understand, but a good man to trust with power and position. He tends to lighten up when marines are about, as he remembers his honourable mother.

Special Abilities: Garret is a nitoryuu style swordsman, as trained by his mother, who taught him 3 disciplines of Rokushiki. Garret is a man of nature and order; he can plan an organized hunt in a small frame of time in any environment. He is also a good tamer, and can deal with most captured wild beasts, calming them down. He shares a master to hunter relationship with Lieg, and has obviously trained the leopard to an exceptional degree.

Rokushiki moves:
Shigan; thrusts a finger with the velocity and damage of a bullet at a target.
Tekkai; Hardens the body to the density of steel.
Kami-e
Sword style attacks:
Clockwork strike; clasps the guards of the blades together, then begins to twirl one of the blades in a clockwork direction, pivoted at the blades’ guards, then moves in for a multiple strike attack.
Parallels of penchant; strikes with his blades parallel to one another. Direction can vary.
Perpendicular cleave; uses the back of one blade to stop a retreating enemy, then drives at the enemy with the other blade’s edge to inflict serious damage.
Gator scissors; Clasps the guards of the blade together and places in the configuration of scissors or hedge clippers; he then closes the two edges of the blades in on the enemy trapped between, the hooked tips tearing and stabbing into the flesh like the teeth of an alligator.
