| Checked the rules and couldn't see that so I went ahead and gave him the rokushiki (because his fighting style is based on rokushiki) |

| We've had plenty of characters that fight using rokushiki from the start. I personally don't see a problem with a 6-power-user as long as it's not accompanied by a Devil Fruit from the kickoff.
