Capabilities: the user can create a highly flammable substance, three different forms, liquid, solid,or gas.
Liquid: the stuff is just like lighter fluid, the user can control it. its purple
Solid: the solid stuff can be made in to any shape, and it is explosive. its purple
Gas: it is a flammable gas that is a purple color clearly visible
the user upon eating the fruit becomes resistant to heat based attacks to the point were they barley effect them
at all. the user can change the state whenever they want

| if you want to use this as anything you should have this devil fruit put into a weapon because then you can use it considering you already used up all your devil fruit characters. | |
