Capabilities: This fruit gives its user the ability to see things up to half a mile away in perfect clarity. That's 8.8 (American) football fields in length. This vision can zoom in and out giving the user the ability to see closer rather then just far away all the time. It also can pick out a target's weak points if the user has a moment to observe them.

pretty sure blackbeard's crew member Van Auger has that kind of vision as he was able to snipe a seagull next to the straw-hat's ship from an island that was not even visible to the straw hats (including Nami and Usopp) so I think its safe to say that that kind of accuracy can just be a special ability with out a dvil fruit

I don't think so. On the right side of his glasses is a cross-hair, which is used for sniping. He also had two more cross-hairs on his gun. It could be because he has good eyes, but it sounds more like he has some impossibly good equipment in his arsenal.

okay but I did just give you a green light to have this ability with out a devil fruit...

if your mind is still set on the fruit Im gonna have to ask you to include zoom, night vision and infrared vision or wrap around vision or SOMETHING extra...

Or it's a wasted slot.

I know I had the easy way out, but what if I took that and then I was proven wrong later? My character might have been put on hold or something until it was fixed and I don't want that to happen. Anyhow, I edited the post so its just waiting for approval or disapproval.
