Weapon Name: Blood Dial
Weapon Description: Slightly smaller than an impact dial, this only has one hole in the center, is red, and the back of it is covered in a metal three dimensional trapezoid
Weapon Special Abilities: This unique dial is capable of storing blood in it and remembering the exact characteristics of that blood, and, much like a biblicard, can be used to track that person, when activated the trapezoid on the bottom, glows blue the entire dial begins to float in the direction of the person, no mater where they are, it is only capable of storing and “remembering” one person’s blood at a time but is easy to empty and reload
