Clothing/Accessories: She prefers shorts or capris over skirts or dresses. Her interest in jewelry is apparent, decorating herself with bracelets, necklaces, and rings made of gold or other precious stones. The most noticeable item on her is her hat which is decorated with gold, pearls, and an ivory skull.
General Appearance: She has auburn eyes which match her dark red brown hair which is slightly carly and thick. Her body is as mature as a typical nineteen year old girl's body, and most of her baby fat has been replaced with well-toned muscles thanks to long hours of exercise. She is average height (5' 4") for her age, but it has become apparent that she had stopped growing. Most of the times, you will find her standing with her left hand at her waist and her right loosely hanging by her to emphasize her bratty attitude.

History: When Jaycie was only two, her ship carrying a handful of female doctors from Drum Island was attacked by sea kings on the way toward Amazon Lily on the Calm Belt. A passing marine ship managed to save Jaycie along with two other surviving women. The girl's mother could not be found and the two surviving women only remembered the child's first name; therfore, her last name remains unknown.
The Vice-Admiral of the marine warship decided to take the two year old in since he was planning to retire. She lived her childhood as Bal D. Jaycie, chasing wild animals and bullying neighboring kids. Because of her chaotic behaviors, the former Vice-Admiral Bal D. Man decided to move into his ex-pirate sister's house which was located in the middle of a forest.
It was there she learned the existence of pirates. Her new aunt told her tales of her life at sea as a pirate despite the former marine's threats to turn her in.
One night, her aunt took her to the small storage room about a mile from the house to show Jaycie the secret stash of treasures she had collected. Seeing the large number of treasures and jewelries, her obsession with accessories and gold started to form.
Seeing her adopted daughter binding her arm with gold bracelets embedded with precious stones, Bal D. Man confiscated the treasure in which, to his displeasure, ended up encouraging Jaycie to pursue the life of a pirate. Man, still a marine at heart, came to the conclusion to not teach Jaycie how to swim, believing that it will stop her immature dream to become a criminal. However, Jaycie continued "practicing" to be a pirate in the forest, fighting wild animals and bandits.
When she turned fifteen, four years after her dad decided to prevent her from going out to sea, Jaycie asked the ex-marine if she could learn medicine in a nearby town. Convinced that her daughter had given up on her former dream to be a pirate and decided to be a doctor like she would have been on Drum Island, her father happily approved. In reality, the girl only wanted to learn medicine because the clinic was the closest to the ocean in that town. Along with medicine, to keep herself entertained at the hospital, she also learned how to cook from one of the nurses at the clinic who was well-known for her marvelous cooking ability.
She learned about medicine to the point where she could make her own and treat patients for money by herself. The first item she bought for herself with the money was a whip. To temporarily quench her desire to become a pirate, she bought materials to make a pirate hat she always dreamed of with the help of her aunt. Unfortunately, her hats never lasted long because the fabric continueously kept tearing whenever she went out to the forest. As a last resort, Jaycie decided to buy fabric which had steel embedded into them. Although it was heavier than her normal hats, it stayed intact during her hours long adventure in the forest.
After years of tolerating the smell of medine and running from wild boars, Jaycie received her reward when she found the confiscated treasure under her father's bed while he was out of town. Jaycie took this opportunity to turn whatever she could not wear or use into money, and before her father could return, she bought a small fishing boat to start off her journey.
She informed the town and her small number of friends that she was returning to her hometown Drum Island on a transporation ship at a nearby harbor, shedding her last name Bal D. Only her ex-pirate aunt knew the truth behind her departure.
And, that started the former Bal D. Jaycie's adventure to become a pirate...
Personality: The girl is flat out classified as a brat. Although she may seem quiet and shy at first, after a short amount of time, her specialty in ticking people off are revealed. Also, even though she is a girl, she chooses to be openly perverted and dirty, and by dirty, it meant she did not like taking baths. However, she still does for the sake of others. She loves the heat (which includes the heat of battle) and gets frequently annoyed when things get cold. Jaycie also has a tendency to have a temper when things get noisy. She has a habit of whipping people with her whip who are too loud or talk too much unless she finds you favorable. Her hobby is pulling pranks such as disappearing suddenly and making others look for her. However, she is surprisingly calm about her surroundings during fights.

Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25)Gatling Whip - Jaycie whips someone or something multiple number of times, causing damage with the speed and weight of her whip.
Skull Hat Toss - Jaycie throws her steel embedded hat to stop bullets and sword attacks from a farther distance.
Skull Hat Twirl - Jaycie twirls her hat using the hat strap to make a larger shield that can stop bullets or weak sword attack. If used more than twice, the hat will tear.
Hiken - This turns Jaycie's fist into flames and allows her to shoot a column of fire.
Higan - Whenever Jaycie points her index finger and makes a shooting motion, a fire bullet emerges from the tip.
Firefly - Jaycie creates small balls of flames that look like fireflies. They are used to either light up dark places, warm up cold areas, or burn opponents.
Tori - Jaycie can cover her entire body with flames.
Firewall - Jaycie can create a wall of fire.
Blanket - Jaycie can cover whatever she is holding in flame.
Fire Pillar - Jaycie shoots the collected flames straight upward, destroying a target above him
Fire Lance - Jaycie launches two long lances made of fire at his opponent's chest. The lances have the combined effect of simultaneously burning an opponent while piercing their chest.
Crackle - This allows Jaycie to move around unnoticed. The only con is that there is a sound of fire crackling whenever she moves using this.
