Appearance: Todd has a somewhat gentle, androgynous, appearance. Appearing more normal looking then most you would find in the world. He traditionally dresses like a pirate with a red-colored captain's coat that he drapes over his shoulders like a cape. His attire also has a few effeminate designs to it, as well as a hair-style to match. Overall, he appears to dress like an Okama without the heavy make-up. However, unlike most Okama, he actually looks more like a girl then most, thanks to his gentle expressions.

History: Todd was found on Momoiro Island by the Kamabakka Kingdom. He was raised as an Okama by them.
He is known on the seas as "Sweety Todd". (Will be Written later)

Personality: Todd's personality is gentle, childish, and a bit naive-like. Normally, his personality is feminine. But when angry, flustered, sad or indifferent, his personality takes a 180 degree turn, making him act very serious about everything. He carries a strong sense of pride of what he is, but dosen't let it blind him.

Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25):

Retracting Clothesline (取り消すラリアット, Torikesu Rariatto): Is a technique that uses his devil fruit's abilities. By controlling the density of his candy syrup, he can give his body rubber-like properties, similiar to the Gomu Gomu no Mi. It allows him to stretch his arms like rubber, grabbing an opponent then pushing them far away while still keeping ahold of them. He then throws his other arm back as far as he can. Then, all at once, he pulls his opponent towards him at very high speeds while pulling his other arm back towards him as well. The ultimate result is the opponent being slammed with a very high amount of force from his other hand, resulting in them being smashed hard into the ground with maximum force.

Unkama Kenpo Technique - Sleeping Maiden (反ーカマー奥義･眠っている処女; Han ̄kamā ōgi nemutte iru shojo): A technique that replicates a Newkama Kenpo technique, but is instead mirrored. It's designed to incorporate an aggressive dance style with continuous hits to virtually every part of the opponent's body in close-range. Because of the agressive style of dance designed to take lead in a dance, combined with the nonstop movement, it is very difficult to hit the attacker while this technique is in use, making counter attacks very diffcult for the one being attacked, even for skilled fighters. It's best used in a one-on-one fight, as a second enemy can easily interrupt this attack.

Death Movie (死映画; Shieiga): A technique that replicates a Newkama Kenpo technique. It is very similiar to Emporio's Death Wink, but Todd instead uses his fingers and flicks at them. The result is the same, it captures and fires enough air pressure to destroy a stone wall. It is more similar to the Tobu Shigan "Bachi" Rokushiki technique, but rather then a concentrated air bullet, it spreads out the pressure giving it a wider range.

Dead Movie Hell (地獄死映画; Jigoku Shieiga): A technique that replicates a Newkama Kenpo technique. It is very similiar to Emporio's Hell Wink, but Todd instead uses his fingers and flicks at them. Using his devil fruit to generate candy syrup, he makes a bigger version of his hand and flicks to create a more powerful concussion wave at the opponent, which can easily destroy an entire house or an average sized ship at a close enough range.

Sugar Item Cloning (砂糖項目クローニング; Satō kōmoku kurōningu): This is an ability that uses the Ame Ame no Mi's ability to create Candy Syrup of any density. The user fashions it in the shape of an item or sword, usually in the form of a one-of-a-kind item, in order to create confusion and lay traps. After the shape is solidified, minerals are added to increase the toughness of the item, making it harder to break then normal. Then food coloring is added in key areas in order to make it look more like an actual item. The end result is the item looking like the original. However, as it is just a cloned item, it has no special traits to it other then a somewhat sticky surface. As with the devil fruit's weakness, the item cannot stick to things covered in flour and in turn, loses all sticky properties if the weapon is covered in flour itself.

Goals: He desires to make the world a better place for everyone to live it without fear. His ideals are similiar to the Marines and the Revolutionaries. He believes that it is nessicery to be evil in order to defeat evil, which is his reasoning for joining the Marines and World Government, in order to destroy all those the world considers a menace.
