There's people living on clouds in the op world, there's an ocean that bursts up a stream of water at high speed, all the way to the sky, there's people who gain superpowers from eating fruits, so why shouldn't there be alchemy too?

even if so. do you mean that the assassins can make the sword transform back into a ring?. they don't have the power to change the molecular structure of the sword.
