Appearance: Riji is just under six feet tall and has a thick-ish build. He normally wears a sleeveless leather jacket and wears his shields on his shoulders like shoulderpads. His pants are also black, and he has a large red belt, which is more like a sheet of fabric acting belt. His hair is black, and slightly curled, ectending to the neck. He has no facial hair. His eyes are brown.
History: Riji was once the son of a high ranking noble in South Blue. For the first twelve years of his life, he lived as a noble son. He was taught many of the finer things in life and was brought up with an extensive education. However, his family fell out of favour and lost their lands and mansion. They were left with some money, but they were forced to take to the road. Shortly after this, Riji, his mother and father were all run over by the extensively modified and heavy carriage of a rival noble. The same that caused their downfall. His parents died there, but he managed to survive and get a fellow citizen carry him and his money to the local engineer and doctor. The twelve year old Riji was faced with only one real option. Spend all the family money on cybernetics to save his life, or die of the complications. He chose the former. He was fitted with cybernetic lung and spinal enhancements, as well as a partial pelvis reconstruction. His legs were also operated on, as well as his shoulders and a part of his neck and head. His arms had also suffered damage, so they had to be operated on too. Almost everything had.
After recovery, Riji was now broke and a cyborg. He supported himself by doing odd jobs, some which with his cybernetic enhancements helped quite a bunch. Having been a unruly kid for all of his life, the transition from royalty to rags was suprisingly easy for him. However, he eventually said (at about age 16) "screw it" and became a pirate. He mostly worked under others, and used some of his money to get himself under the scalpel again to have his cybernetics enhanced more. Even though he was an underling, he gained a decent bounty, due to being rather powerful and having clashed with government officials on numerous occasions.
Riji found his way to Sabaody Archipelago and saw a world noble there. He left the premises quickly, hating the nobles. He knew is life would be over if he did something, so he didn't. After Sabaody Archipelago, he obtained a boat and left. He is currently looking for a new crew.
Personality: Riji has grown a deep-seated loathing for nobles after having his family ran over by one of them. He is himself a former noble though, but this seems to be waived away by not being "bad nobles". Still his opinions on this seem to have some sort of basis, as he hates misuse of authority. He opposes the government and highly approves of the revolutionaries.
Otherwise, Riji is a weird mixture of commoner and noble, having lived his childhood as a noble and teens as an urchin. He knows how to act appropriately in most every circle. However, he tends to avoid noble company. Riji is highly adaptable, creative and capable of keeping his cool in the tightest of situations. He can easily change tactics to fight and is rather smart in other ways as well. While being fun loving and relaxed normally, Riji sometimes turns more serious during battle, but not always. However, he has a tendency for long-standing grudges.

Cybernetics
Riji has been fitted with numerous cybernetics.
Minor Cybernetics
Metal slots in his shoulders where he fits his shields. The slots can be retracted.
Retractable spikes in his feet, made of a very tough metal. Mostly used for climbing.
Weapons
Riji has a small cannon in his right elbow.
Another weapon of his is a flame dial in his left palm which has had its power enhanced by cybernetic systems.
His right index finger can be opened to reveal a finger gun.
Enhancements
Riji has had his ribs reinforced with metal and his rib area is essentially a plating, making him very hard to damage there. His upper stomach holds a container, which is also protected by metal plating. His lower stomach doesn't have much plating however. His pelvis is part metal as well, making it harder to damage it. His legs have metal in them, to replace damage. His legs and arms also have metal. His strenght has been enhanced by the cybernetics. His jawbone and neck are also part metal.
Fuel
Riji has a container in his upper stomach to which a hole can be opened. To this hole, he supplies cola, which he needs about 2 liters a day.
Superhuman Strenght
Riji is superhumanly strong even without his cybernetics. With cybernetics, he is very strong.
Prodigous speed
Riji is very fast, even if he's not capable of matching Soru users.
Fighting Style
Riji fights with his pair of shields, making thrust-punches with them. He doesn't use his legs as weapons much and uses the shields and his metal body to block blows very effectively. Against weak opponents like marine grunts, he sometimes doesn't even bother to block, since the hits will just bounce of him with minimal damage done. The dials and the other hidden weapons are used as fallbacks and surprise attacks. The shields are unusual but effective weapons, allowing him great defense with decent offensive power.
Other Skills
Riji has learned mechanics as a necessity for keeping his cyborg body in order and is a decent navigator.
Learned Techniques: No named attacks.

Can you describe the shields in his shoulders? We also like to keep the fuel sources for cyborgs as a type of beverage.

His shields are described in their own thread. They are round, brass covered. with the shield pommel being seastone covered. The shields are curved slightly to fit as shoulderpads.
Well, I'd like to keep the salt fuel. I've even one piece logiced how it works, but if non beverage fuels aren't permissible, I'll think of something else.

We want to keep it as a liquid source, also we are not sure about cyborgs so mych and since Franky happens to be one of the only cyborgs on One piece (i wont include Kuma, god knows what vegapunk did there) we are going on this basis for one pure reason only..., ODA sensei said so, thank you for changing to Cola, unless Irrational san has something to add, this character is
