Just how bad is punching a tenryuubito?

I've been cooking up a new character and he's gotten the bounty he has from the act of punching a tenryuubito in the face. The bounty he got from this is 18000000 (18 million beli) in the current draft of the backstory, but how correct would this be?

Well, one of my chars assasinated one and has a bounty of around 40 million.
There is no stated number xD honestly I'd say around 100 million lol

To get a high bounty..you'd have to seem like a threat to the goverment/Marines..

Even if you do kill a Vice Admiral..they won't come running after you..Unless you go on an all out Vice Admrial killing spree and you are targeting them..

Then they might give you one H377 of a bounty on your head..

Yeah, I have to agree with TBL. As bad as slugging a certain person in the face and running away might be bad, that'd be like.....1000 not even depending on inflation or other factors. Now KILLING said person could get you a higher bounty. But then killing MULTIPLE governmental/millitary officials would get you not only a huge fuckin' bounty but the death penalty when caught.

I still don't get why Luffy got his first bounty. And why it kept getting raised.

Like when he defeated Crocodile... WHAT? That HELPED the marines, and they gave him a bounty. He SAVED a frigin COUNTRY.

Yeah well, imagine the shame for the Goverment to call that a pirate saved the day instead of them and you will see why.

This would be like punching the queen. Its just something you don't do. In fact, doing so puts everyone around you, including civilians, at risk.
