History: Rai, born straight into slavery of some mountain bandits that were attacking his small village at the far edges of an island. As soon as Rai was born he was used for experimentations by the scientists amidst the mountain bandits. The experimented with him because on the island village that they had tried to take over before, there was a person who single handedly stopped them with his crew...this man was a cyborg so they wanted to be prepared by using the same technology and using rai for their own personal gains. The reason they chose rai was because he was always being disobedient and rebellious since they did kill his parents. The mountain bandits had come upon a devil fruit which they wanted to use for themselves knowing how valuable they were. The gave it to Rai so that they could use the powers by using Rai without losing that ability to swim, this was a bad idea. They chopped of Rai's right hand hand and attached an artificial one with titanium metal that run all the way over his right chest side. This arm was to amplify his lightning abilities, they used him for their own gains, making him kill innocent people who deceived them.

One day Rai was in so much pain when they tried to modify him more, they gave him and artificial eye that could zoom in and see twice as far as a humans could see...like a sniper scope. The looked normal but it was a different colour to the other, it was red and his right eye was green. Rai was in so much pain due to the recent modification that one night he got too overpowered as he tried to sleep and woke up the next morning sleeping in a wasteland. Something had happened that Rai didn't know about but he couldn't care less, he took his chance and ran away into the main village of drum island, there he scavenged and begged for food until he finally got a job working in a food shop. He learned how to cook well but was still learning, the main thing he longed for was to sail the world.

Personality: Rai is a calm collected person who always seems to look happy all the the time. Deep inside he is actually a troubled kid who hides his feeling from his nakama, a ticking timebomb, sometimes if he see's people being too happy he just randomly hits something, he has a deep vendetta since he hasn't had a happy life. He would do anything to protect his freinds, there aren't many things that can get him angry except maybe if someone calls him a freak after finding out about his right arm and chest. His main feeling consist of mainly of kindness and deep emotional anger

Right Ball Canon: rai shoots a ball of lightning from his canon hand that travels the same speed as canon, not as fast as a normal bullet (250,000,000 Voltage)

Seismic Bang: Rai concentrates an enormous amount of electricity into his hands and smashes the ground sending a wave of vibrations in the ground, a crack emerges and the waves attempt to throw anyone in its way though can be easily evaded. (300,000,000 Voltage)

Paralysis Shock: By using the right amount of electricity, Rai can shock an enemy and temporary paralyze them (For two more posts after if used on another user). (500,000 - 900,000 Voltage depending on size of opponent)

Cut throat: Rai puts his fingers together letting a current pass through his left or right hand and is able to use it like a sword. (100 mill. 200 mill when used with surge)

Shock Speed (passive): Lets Rai run at a med. of 30 mph

Lighting Jolt Using the build up of energy Rai can shoot a small lightning bolt styled blast from his hand, this move is commonly used with his finger using 100 mill volts which causes burns but if the whole hand or mouth is used he blast can go up to 300 mill voltage

Weapons/Items: right arm can be used as canon to blast his lightning out

Goals: To sail the world, finding new recipes, new nakama, growing stronger and finding out i the treasure of one piece is really real.

you have quite a few techniques well passed the "very leithal" mark... what happans with those? does it kill you twice?

Seismic bang is 300,000,000 volts (Very lethal) because it is able to crash the ground and send waves through it. lethal just means that it is able to kill normal humans if cam in contact with them.
Right Ball Canon 250 million does a lot of electrical damage, like a small grenade but it's slow and can be easily evaded
Basically anything over 100 mill can call third degree burns
