My best character yet, Raijin Darkstorm

History: Raijin lived in a small continent that is found at the Grand Line. Since the weather in Grand Line is irregular, Thunderstorms and rain always happens here everyday. In this unknown continent, they are headed b 2 Kingdoms. Raijin lived in the western part of the kingdom. Since it was the west part they were called the West Kingdom and the kingdom in the east part is,of course, the East Kingdom.

In the West Kingdom the rule is that all male will become a Knight for the Kingdom. Raijin, at the age of 18, joined the Knights. Through the years he fought countless battles. He gained experiences through the battles and soon became head of the knights. He was then renowned as the "Thunder Champion". He was called the Thunder Champion because he attacks and moves swiftly and quickly.

During one Stormy day Raijin was walking in the Kingdom when a mysterious man. Came by him. "You wanna be a real "Thunder Champion"? Then I can train you. I see potential in you." Raijin thought who it was and knew that is was one of the former knights of the West Kingdom. He was called the Lightning Knight Okami. Okami thought him everything he knew. Okami then asked Raijin "Do you want limitless power? I can give you that but it comes with a great price". Raijin did not care and hastily agreed. He just wanted to win the fight against the East Kingdom once and for all. Okami then gave him the Rumble-rumble Fruit and the God's Wrath Sword.

Then on the evening, the storm has not gone down and soon a battle was about to begin again. Raijin fought with his new attacks and techiniques. He used the sword Okami gave him. He soon felt something. Every time he kills an opponent he enjoys it. It is the price that Okami said. Your mind will be taken over by your power and does you just want to fight and become more powerful. Raijin then went out of control and he used his Thunder Powers. He shouted "Thunder Explosion!". A huge shockwave of lightning occurred killing West and East Kingdom Knights alike. The West Kingdom banished him from the kingdom. Raijin got angry with the decision and destroyed the West Kingdom.

He became a lone pirate and sailed the Grand Line. He killed many pirates and marine in his thirst for blood. The World Government learned about him and his past. They thought that he would be a great warrior for them so he lets them join the World Government. He immediately had given up on being a pirate and soon became on of the members of the Cipher Pol 9

Personality: Raijin only thinks of killing. He is merciless and kills anyone who stands in his way. He is the one that you should not fight on your own

Raijin's Lightning Abilites ranges from (100 - 300 Million Volts which is 33.4% of the power of a typical lightning bolt. sounds reasonable enough)

*Lightning Slash - He calls lightning towards his sword and slashed the opponent swiftly. (200 Million Volts. May electrocute opponent. Has 30% chance of survival.1st-2nd degree burns.)
*Lightning Armor - Raijin wraps himself with electricity and damages the opponent who gains contact with him (100 Million Volts. May hurt opponent. Not lethal. 1st degree burns)
*Lightning Explosion - Raijin calls out a huge thunder and releases it in the battlefield leaving a huge shockwave and expolision of thunder. (300 Million Volts. Electrocutes opponent. Has 5% chance of survival 2nd-3rd degree burns)
*God Speed - Raijin moves swiftly in the battlefield as fast as Thunder

I meant transform. Sorry just some typographical error. Yes as you can see in my statement. He does not transform electricity but does controls it. You can see it in my moves as well as in the devil fruit description.

And the Lightning Armor does not transform me into Electricity (In case of confusion I'll explain it). It just wraps around the body like an armor. anymore questions Admin-sama?
