Appearance: Talitha is about 1, 75 meters/ 5’9’’ tall when in human form, and very athletic. Even when she's just standing, there's a tension to her that's impressive, as if she's always ready to jump into a fight on the slightest sign of aggression. Though that certain dangerous aura is always around, her, she's often smirking or grinning. Most of the time, those grins aren’t motivated by how nice the weather is or how wonderful she think her life is treating her, but because she sees the chance to punch someone in the face/establish her superiority/win at something, anything really. However, piratehunting or everything considering a mission is serious business to her. Very serious.
Talitha has light blond, straight, but often wild hair reaching her waist when open. Rarely does she tie it up, in spite of it getting in her way in fights sometimes. She just finds it very uncomfortable.
She's slightly tanned and has freckles on her face (weird combination, she assumes it's some kind of side effect of her devil fruit). On her right shoulder, there's a scar she got when she was shot as a kid. Recently, another scar on her other shoulder has been added to her small collection. Weirdly, they're at exactly the same height and look rather similar.
She's often seen wearing a normal Marine uniform as she doesn't care about style much; however, instead of wearing the formal long pants, she wears shorter ones ending just above her knees. She says it's "better for moving fast", and besides, none of your business, he can do whatever she likes! Nobody dares to talk back at her.
When she wants to change into Hybrid or animal form, she takes off her boots and either tosses them to one of the Marine soldiers standing around, or leaves them lying there, as they'd only slow her down. Weird thing is, she keeps her rear admiral coat on at all times. She's just so proud of having gained the right to wear it, at her age no less... To make her lose it in a fight would take one hell of an opponent.

Hybrid form:
When in Hybrid form, Talithas entire body is covered in gray fur with black patterns, mostly small spots. Her hands still look human, but her fingernails form into sharp claws.
Her legs are shorter and the bone structure seems to change a little, since they look more like felines legs, especially her ankles and feet, which are longer and end in paws.
In this form, she's only 1, 60 meters/ 5’3’’ and her eyes change their color to a more golden tone while stretching slightly, becoming narrower. Her hair keeps its length, but due to her being shorter, it seems longer and somewhat wilder. It also changes its color a bit and becomes more of a grayish blond.

History:
Talitha grew up in a big family. Her father was a salesman and her mother was a bartender, and neither made more money than what was needed to buy the food they needed for the nine children and themselves, but they were happy, and sometimes, they'd even have enough to buy something like a present for one of the children. Talithas favorite thing was a book about names her father had given to her when she had turned five years old. She learned how to read with it. It may not look like a great present to any other child, but to her, it meant the world.
Of course, living in Shabondy Archipelago, Talitha knew about the Tenryuubito, the world nobles, and how to react when one of them walked down the street. But seeing one was so rare where she was living, it was almost like they were straight out of a fairytale.
The first time she'd actually meet one of them would change her life. It was when she was almost eight. She and her mother had decided she needed something new to wear, and they had saved up enough money to buy her a nice dress.
When they had arrived at Grove 30, Talitha saw a Tenryuubito for the first time. Like everyone else, of course, she fell to her knees and didn't look up. She didn't think much of it back then. Today, such a gesture would make her gag.
When the Tenryuubito had reached the place where she and her mother were kneeling down, he stopped.
Then he pointed at her mother and said something Talitha didn't understand.
She was confused when the men in black suits following the world noble dragged her mother to her feet and started walking away. Her mother didn't seem happy about it. She was shouting and trying to break free from the grip, but she was ignored. Talitha didn't know what was happening, but she knew she didn't want her mother being dragged away against her will. So she jumped to her feet and ran after them. When she had reached them, she planted herself right in front of the world noble, hands on her hips, and told him to release her mother. Wasn't he just like one of the curs in the stories her father told them sometimes, when they couldn't sleep? And the hero always had this kind of pose when he showed up, right?
Suddenly, her mother went from cursing to begging, and Talitha didn't understand why until she was shot on order of the noble. He hadn’t even paid any more attention to her, or wasted more energy on her than it took to raise his hand and signal for his men to remove her.
She still has the scar from that day, clearly visible on her right shoulder. But much worse than that small shortcoming was that she would never see her mother again.
What happened after she had been shot remains nothing but dull voices and blurry pictures in her memory. Here are the facts:
After being shot, she had been carried to a hospital by a Marine soldier.
The doctors there could stop the bleeding and got the bullet out of her body in an operation that took them four hours in total. Some of her bone had been hurt by the shot, but according to the doctors, she would fully recover.
The soldier had already vanished before she woke up.
After that, Talitha vowed to serve justice from that point on forever.
The following years were hard, and some of her siblings had to be given to foster families, but she made it. When she turned 18, she immediately joined the Marine, ready to become a hero of justice.

She spent two years serving as a normal soldier, until she was assigned a mission where she and a group of other soldiers would search an island for a pirate hideout. They didn't find the hideout, but Talitha found something else: A strange grey fruit with small black swirls on it. She had never seen anything like it before, but she didn't think much of it and took it with her without telling anyone.
After she had handed in her report the next day, she couldn't fight her curiosity anymore and carefully took a bite of the strange fruit. She always had been careless like that, didn’t waste a single thought to whether it could be poisonous. It tasted as strange as it looked, but not bad, and it didn’t kill her right away, so she deemed it harmless, if weird, and ate the rest of it on her way home. She only suspected what it was later, when she heard two soldiers talk about the devilfruits. Even when she learned she couldn't swim anymore (her little sister pushed her into the ocean. She also saved her later), she kept on ignoring what she already knew. Maybe it was just some... strange coincidence? It happened, forgetting how to swim after eating a strange fruit! It happened all the time, okay?!
Then one day, their ship was boarded by pirates. It looked pretty bad; most of her colleagues were badly hurt or dead. That's when she felt an indescribable anger rise inside her.
The next thing she remembers is that she was in hospital (why does she always end up in hospitals?) and was offered a post as Captain, which she, slightly confused, accepted.
In the following years, she started training and expanding her abilities as a devilfruit user.
During that time she was degraded several times, due to her insubordinative actions and unreliability when it came to follow orders. At least when it came to follow orders like: "Retreat!" when there were clearly still pirates left standing!


Personality:
Talitha is an ideologist, and believes in absolute justice. She stubbornly presses on doing things her own way, and tells people what she's thinking clearly, despite their status. Those thoughts can sometimes be downright rude and this combined with her abnormally hot temper and pride gets her into confrontations often, but she'll never bow her head to anyone. That childish attitude is typical for her. Unfortunately, she often forgets to think things through properly, but her skills and her luck get her out of situations unharmed more often than not, and if they don’t, well, she’s not going to cry over any small injury, is she?
She's not the person to jump into the fights of strangers (well, she will if pirates are involved). If there aren't any innocent (in her view) people involved, then there's no reason for her to do so, and she decides who's innocent mainly by her impression of them, even though she will go after anyone with a bounty on them, no matter how low it may be. The whole world is cleanly divided into black and white morals, and she aims to destroy every inch of the black part.
If they run from her, or even defeat her, she will chase them down to the end of the world, no matter who they are, as she's a vengeful and unforgiving person. If the one defeating her is a marine, she'll follow them all the same, but for the purpose of learning from them and someday beat them with that new knowledge. Of course, her aggression towards them, while passive in the second case, stays the same.
Even though she’s the worst at following orders, she loves giving them. She loves being superior, having power over others, and readily accept the responsibility coming with it. Maybe it’s because of that that she would much rather be addressed by her title than her name, maybe it’s because she just doesn’t like “Talitha” as a name. Only those very close to her are allowed to use it, if anyone else dares, they’ll have to be ready for her wrath.

Apart from the usual striking/ biting/ clawing their eyes out, Talitha has developed two special techniques:

1.Arashi no tsume (Storm of claws):
An extremely fast attack, in which Talitha strikes the opponent at top speed. It's a series of hits and strikes and almost impossible to dodge, but, as she doesn't really aim well, many of them miss the opponent.

2. 2000 pounds strike:
A single strike focusing all strenght in one hand/ claw. It's easy to dodge, but devastating.


Weapons/Items:
Talitha prefers fighting using only her devil fruit abilities, but carries a saber and a knife with her to use when in hybrid form.
