Name: Funka Funka No Mi (Eruption Fruit)

Capabilities: The user of this fruit may use multiple abilities relating to eruptions and implosions. The exact workings of this fruit are detailed below. Both of the abilities need to be targetted, and can thus be dodged. Often, using them on the environment is actually the better choice. The abilities can target an area up to a 5 cubic meter sphere, but taking out something critical in say; a building could make the entire thing come crashing down. The range of his abilities is approximately 25 meters. The larger the area of the attack, the slower it works and the easier it is to dodge. The user is not immune to their own ability.
Funka
The user may make anything erupt in a sense. The user opens a fist in an explosive movement, creating an eruption in the space where he wishes. The spot targetted then blasts outwards with explosive power. Even if it is just air. The power of this ability is enough to leave a gaping hole in steel.
Hokai
The Hokai is the opposite of Funka. The hand movement used is balling the hand into the fist with speed. The spot targetted then collapses upon itself. This ability is likewise enough to crumble reinforced steel into a small ball.

This fruit would be a logia, not a paramecia, as it does not alter the user's body. Make that change and this could fly.

Err.. sorry to argue, but I don't see a lick of sense in doing that. There are multiple examples of paramecia fruits that don't alter the user's body (since it's more like a catch-all category for everything not Logia or Zoan). Fruits like this are, for example; the Doa Doa No Mi, Noro Noro No Mi and Mero Mero No Mi.
I can't see this as a Logia either since Logias are always associated with an element or substance. Eruptions and Implosions are not this.
