Ondo Ondo no mi

Capabilities: Allows the user to change it's body temperature. For example it could greatly increases it's body temperature to become very fast and have a very hot air current around it's body, or to greatly decrease it's body temperature to become as hard as steel (but if it does it, it cannot move).

Well, for example, if your body temperature is very high you can move faster and the hot air around you would damage your enemies, and if your body temperature is very low you become a very hard statue.

Could you possibly explain the effects using crazy One Piece logic? I don't really see how this would work even in the One Piece universe.
