Serious: The Adventures of the Untouchable Pirates - Chapter 2

Jackson leaned back in his chair, supporting himself by putting his feet against the underside of the table he was seated at. Looking up and behind him to the doctor he spoke. "Think he looks familiar Upman?" The doctor responded with a simply. "Yes." Jackson let himself fall forward, the chair making a sizable thunk as it hit the ground. "If you're going to lie about who you are, try a disguise; Roger." This man's bounty was quite large. There was little chance of not noticing someone such a him.

Roger was very surprised to say the least. However he tried to play it cool, "Roger? Who is this Roger? My name is Hiko Seijuurou. I think you have me confused with someone else. " Roger looked at both men, hoping that they bought it.

Again Jackson leaned back to converse with the doctor. "Maybe he forgot who he was. Either way, we don't need the extra attention right now." Stand Upman took a good look at the pirate in front of him. "Amnesia is a difficult thing to diagnose." Jackson laughed, letting the chair fall forward once again. Taking up his mug, he noticed it was empty and called for another. "Embarrassed to talk to us then?"

Roger was confused, "Such Insolence! I don't have Amnesia! I am Hiko Seijuurou, the greatest swordsman in the world! Don't you dare mock me! Let me join your crew or else!" Roger had stood up, shaking his fists in fury for the outrage!

The crew of the merchant ship cast nervous glances at the group of three people. Not sure what to make of the situation. Jackson threw his head back and laughed heartily. "Threats don't get you admiration!" With a big grin and a light attitude, he continued. "Drop the act. I assume you're here for similar reasons. Neither of us are probably going to be going anywhere soon."

Roger knew he was busted, "Alright! Fine! My real name is Roger, the truth is...I need your help to fight the Yonkou! They killed my parents, will you please aid my cause!?! I beg of you, Master Pirate!" Roger got on his knees and begged Pirate Jackson for an ounce of mercy and sympathy!

Jackson began to laugh profusely. "We don't make war against organizations. Draws too much attention. Secondly, are they even on the island we're heading to?" As he spoke, the deck above was filled with commotion as the ship neared land. As the crew of the merchant ship prepared to land, Jackson stood up, uneasily, and downed the second drink.

Roger pleaded, "The Yonkou may be strong but your not afraid are you?" Roger Grabbed Jackson by his throat and lifted him up in the year, "I need your help! I will do anything! They killed my family!"

The trio were getting a fair bit of attention now. Even though he could barely breathe, Jackson attempted a laugh. "The problem is not so much fear as it is trouble." He paused, tapping his fist on Roger's knuckles and swung his head back. The action would trigger a reflex action causing Roger to release him. (True stuff.) Sitting back down he continued. "We're not much ones for unnecessary attention. I'm sorry but we are not going to be the ones to help you."

Roger punched Jackson in the face so hard it should of sent him flying, "This is not a game! How could you be so heartless and cruel to not help me avenge my parents! Help me defeat The Yonkou! Your my only hope!" Roger hoped that they would help him now.

Jackson did indeed go flying, but oddly enough he hit the wall laughing. "If that's how you ask for help, I'd love to see how you start a fight!" The commotion on deck had intensified, they had finally finished docking. Seeing as how Roger would not give up this charade, Jackson motioned for Stand to leave the ship. The masked man had to lean forward as he walked down the halls and out, without a word. "When I say we wont deal in this, we won't deal in this."

The confused looks from bystanders continued and Jackson decided now would be an excellent time to act out his plan. Looking at the merchant ship's crew, he put a hand behind him and pointed straight at Roger. With that, he- ran! Along his way to the deck he shouted repeatedly, "Run! It's Roger Seawalker! The 30,000,000 belli man!" Recognition struck in some of the onlookers as they began to panic. Soon the effect spread throughout the ship with cries of, "How did he get on!", "He was her all along!", "Call the Marines!" As he ran down the gangplank to shore, Jackson couldn't help but laugh. He loved having a small bounty!

Roger saw that his bluff was called and his disguise was blown, he had been revealed as the most wanted man in the North, South, East, and West Blue Combined! Roger could not let Jackson get away and used his Light Speed to easily get past the Ship's crew and to the shore and appearing inches in front of Jackson's face and he unleashed a One-Handed Choke Slam on Jackson as payback. "Payback's a bitch, Jackson! This is for refusing to let me join your crew and help me avenge my parents!"

Jackson drew his sword to block the attack, blade out to Roger's hand. 'Damn you're fast!" He let out another laugh, but did not take his eyes off of Roger. "And you're saying you NEED help?" Jackson could tell then that this man was more than powerful enough to attain his own goals and questioned him. "Out of curiosity, what ARE you after? Really?"

Roger smirked, "Its funny you should ask that, you see...What I am really after is Captain Mara and I heard that you have some connection to her. You understand? I want to use you as bait to take down Mara and the World Government. So I planned to pretend to join your crew and then capture you when your guard was down. Seeing as that's no longer an option, I guess I have to ask you to come quietly. Don't make me take you by force!" Roger wondered if the man was smart or foolish.

Sano and his crew were walking down the street when all the commotion hit, "how bothersome, soon the navy will be here and I'm in no mood to deal whit them, lets just get the supplies and get out of here" he said to his crew as they began to pick up the pace. they ducked behind a wall when they saw Roger and Jackson, "unbelievable, the 300,000,000 man Roger and pirate Jackson! there here to?!?!?!?! what's going on?" then he overheard what they were saying, which anger him because he had putt his life on the line to save Jackson and here he was in trouble again, and on top of that Mara was 'silver hair's' next target. "maybe we can slip threw this one, guys, just what ever you do don't get noticed!" he told his crew

Jackson narrowed his eyes and stared at Roger. "See ya!" With that he turned and began to walk away. He did not however sheath his sword. After all, the one behind him had threatened not only himself, but Mara as well. It just wouldn't be sporting if he was responsible for something happening to her before they got the chance to fight. Furthermore, there were so many pairs of eyes on the men that if he did anything reckless, Jackson would only serve to draw attention to himself. Looking around, Jackson did not notice Stand Upman anywhere. He must have left to avoid being dragged into the commotion.

As a matter of fact, the doctor had already begun to gather funds for a new ship. He was further ahead in town, offering medical services for sums of money. Of course, with an appearance like his, that business was slow to take off.

As jackson ran away Jace spoke to Sano "see, he's getin away alright" Sano was not convinced "I know all about both these guys and his bounty is that high for a reason... just watch" Sawada unsheathed is sword and Sano examined his guns, "no one wants this to turn in to a fight but I have a feeling this will get ugly... fast!" said Sano as he reloaded them

Silver Hair was angry that Jackson had the gall to turn his back to him, "Don't you dare turn your back on me! Terravolt!" Silver Hair extended both his arms and send a powerful constant stream of lightning of Immense Magnitude(300,000,000 Volts) at Jackson's back in order to electrocute him!!!

As the lighting arm extended toward its target, a small spinning object hit the stream of energy. the metal in the shrunken attracted and effectively stopped the lightning and breaking the stream between the hand and arm (that can only be bad), Roger turned to see three new assailants, left to right they were Jace Rills, Sano Luna, and Sawada Tadiori, Sano sighed heavily "if you don't like it when people turn there backs on you why do you scare them off?" he asked sarcastically, "and you, ((Jackson)) don't even think about running, if we have to deal with this guy so do you... you dont know me but I lost nine years of hard work as a marine for you!"

Silver Hair gauged his opponent's before smirking, "5 people against me? The Most Wanted Man in the All Blue!?! What a joke, 5 times 0 power is still 0 power! You think you can take me!?! You need an army to take me! You have no chance! Kaminari Sword!" Silver Hair focuses 800,000,000 Volts of Energy into creating a sword made completely of pure energy that had the power to cut through anything! "Three words, fellas...Bring...It...On!!!"

Sano, thought carefully "we don't have to beat him, we just need to get him on the defective, if we get him to use that light speed one more time.... with some clever teamwork.. yes escape is possible! after he uses that speed he is 'solid' again for a split second" then he spoke Aright boys! be ready, where-ever he pops up get him!" he said as he fired two explosive rounds strait at roger

Silver Hair uses his lightning sword to cut through the bullets. However the bullets exploded after they were cut, which Roger didn't plan on but used his light speed to escape the explosion behind Sano and aimed his Sword right through Sano's heart from the backside!!! "Game Over!"

Sano ha no time to react, fortunately he didn't need any, Sawada, who was watching his back and had superhuman reflexes, tossed another shrunken over his shoulder as he dashed up to Roger, diverting the lightning sword off course, and, the exact second he was solid drove the vibrating makuhaku into Roger's hip, Roger, who had just then realized that Sawada was there, did not have time to avoid and counter attack, and, as Sano predicted the blow was in unison with the instant Roger was again "solid" and therefor severally limited Rogers takable action

(sure lets wait for irrational? Also are you saying that its impossible to dodge that attack?)

I never said "impossible" but this is Sano superior tactics at work, think about it, after using light speed you are solid again for a split second, in this time Sawada is attacking you, the shuriken has stoped the sword and you have no time to produce more lighting, not to mention you are solid
