Appearance: Lucifer is a tall and fit guy, with dark skin. He his bald and shows 3 scars on his head that go all the way to his mouth, passing through the right eye, and thus he has half of his face mutilated. He has strange and horrifying eyes, similiar to those of a hawk. He always shows a malicious grin, specially when he witnesses a saddistic behaviour. Usually wears a black coat that covers his entire body and limbs, showing only his head.
History: When he was born, his mother was so scared of his eyes and malicious grin that she thought he was the son of Satain, so obviously, she tossed him to the woods and let the kid be eaten by the wolves. He never cried once, and also no animal came close because of the devil atmosphere that poured from him. At the 3rd night, weak and almost dead, he closed his eyes for the first time, and was then approached by a pack of wolves. The alpha wolf jumped to him and when he was about to mouth him, Lucifer opened his devilish eyes, and made the wolf fall on his backs. Scared for his life, the wolf pawned the baby and gave him the scar above mentioned, before he ran away.
As the wolves vanished, another animal was summoned from the shadows. The great royal eagle spread her wings and glanced back at the baby. The devilish eyes were nothing agaisnt the magnificence of the animal. He spread his wings and took the baby on his claws. From that night on, he was breed by a family of eagles, with which he lived until he was 8.
He was hanging in the forest whe he encountered an old man. Lucifer knew how to speak due to the town near the forest, which he visited multiple times, but was surprized to see that in spite of the man being looking at his eyes, he felt no fear at all. He asked why wasn't he running away, like everyone. The old man replied that he was blind. Of course he took him as a son to his house.
The blind man was once a very very skilled sharp shooter, and ran a institution to teach the arts of aim. Lucifer soon realized that he was able to see much better with his eyes, and aiming came naturally for him. He also discouvered that he could see fast movements better then everyone else. The blind man taught him the ways of the Six Powers (Rokushiki). He soon became the best sharp shooter of the village.
At the age of 18, his borrowed father died. Without the old man's protection, the villagers were uneasy by the presence of the devil boy, and kicked him off they town. He decided to use his skills to kill any pirate he encountered, in order to show everyone that he was good.
Personality: He is a very saddistic guy, and usually wears a malicious grin on his face. he his very quiet and only talks when needed. The type of guy to shoot first and ask questions later.

Special Abilities: Supernatural Sight and Reflexes, able to shoot very fast and tiny targets easily. He's able to follow Soru and almost predict the opponents movement, based on the momentum they gain from the initial kick or step.
Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25):
Moon Step - The Geppou allows the users to actually jump off the air itself, allowing them to stay in the air for much longer than usual.
Tempest Kick - The Rankyaku is a powerful projectile technique, in which the users starts by kicking at very high speeds and strength, sending out a sharp "air blade" that can slice objects and greatly damage a human body.
Finger Gun - The Shigan is a close-quarter combat technique, in which the user pushes their finger into a certain target at a very high speed, leaving a wound similar to a bullet wound, making guns unnecessary.
Shave - The Soru allows the users to moves at extremly high speeds in order to avoid attacks, as well as to attack at higher speeds. It was revealed that the principle of this move was to kick off the ground at least ten (10) times in a blink of an eye.
Iron Mass - The Tekkai hardens the users' muscles to the level of iron, in order to nullify damage taken from attacks.
Six King Gun - The Rokuougan is the secret and ultimate attack of the Rokushiki style. Rob Lucci states that only those who have absolute mastery of the other six skills can have access to this seventh skill. The user places both his/her fists right in front of the target and launches a devastating shock wave, which seems to have the same power to an Impact Dial or even a Reject Dial (depending on the amount of energy absorbed by the dial), and causing massive internal injuries. This is only used during desperate situations as Lucci is always shown panting after using it.
Scavenger Shot - Lucifer shoots a bullet that only grasps the surface of the skin. This is done to cut a specific artery, vein or nerve. Usualy done to disable a specific limb or to see the opponent bleed to death.
Bullet Collision - Lucifer shoots a bullet targeting another or throwing object, deflecting the said bullet or simply stopping it, depending on the angle.
Weapons/Items: 2 Pistols which he carries on the belt, one Rifle which he carries on his backs and one small shotgun which he carries on his chest.
Goals: Show everyone he his good, despite of having cursed eyes.
