History: Minato lost both his parents to murder by agents of the world government. At age seven, his parents saw a slave being tortured by World Government Nobles and they tried to help him, and in doing so injured a Noble. A Marine Admiral hunted down Minato's parents and killed them, and nearly killed Minato. He was saved by the worlds greatest swordsman at the time, who defeated the Marine Admiral. After a few years under the Master Swordsman's guidance, Minato wished to avenge his parent's demise and to stop the Corrupted Navy to do this to anyone else results in his abandonment of both his master and his training. Minato, in his mission to take down the World Government and the Navy, killed over 10,000 marines in the first six months after leaving his master, and eventually became known as a Legendary swordsman and given the nickname "Demon Slayer" because of his unrivaled speed and skill. Minato became a Wanderer going from Island to Island killing any Marines on the way. He recently joined up with The Silent Wind Hunters.
Personality: Minato is usually peaceful and kind unless the World Government or Navy is involved. Also if someone else messes with him or a close friend of his, his personality changes to match his nickname and takes extreme measures in order to defeat his opponent and save others(if innocents are involved), caring little for the well-being of his opponents.
Ship: The Kage Kaze (the shadow wind) just as fast as the Fastest ship on the Blue and the Most silent.

Spirit Energy Glare - A powerful glare that is very effective against opponents considerably weaker than themselves. It causes the opponents to be enveloped with fear and force them to retreat, and if the gap in power is large enough..it can even make the opponent pass out. The user can choose which targets to use the glare on. Strong opponents will not be affected by the glare if they are close in Strength/Equal/Stronger than the User.
Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25): Minato is a master of the Shinsoku Style. A Style that heavily focuses on moving at rediculously insane speed. Minato can utilize Shinsoku which allows him to quickly overpower and dispatch opponents with his sword before they have time to react.
1)Do Ryu San(Ground Dragon Flash) = Uses Force Push with the Sword to Deal a Giant blow against the ground, causing massive airwaves/rocks to strike enemies.
2)Ryu Tsui Sen(Dragon Mallot Flash) = Jumps up in the air really high and then strikes down hard from above.
3)Ryu Kan Sen(Dragon Wind Up Flash) = Lunges toward enemy using a very powerful twist of the body doing a sideways slash.
4)Ryu Sou Sen(Double Dragon Flash) = Multiple Slashes against enemy.
5)Ryu Kan Sen Tsumuji(Dragon Wind Up Flash Hair Spin)= Tsumuji(gyrate) involves higher speed than Ryu Kan Sen. Basically same attack but more powerful.
6)Ryu Sho Sen(Dragon Rising Flash) = Rises up from ground, using all force in an uppercut, hitting vital points
7)Ryu Tsui San Zan = Same as Ryu Tsui Sen except sword is pointed down to pierce.
8)Hi-Ryu Sen(Flying Dragon Slash) = Performed by left hand only, attack uses centrifugal force to create a powerful blow with the hilt in a persons weakness, like in between the eyes.
9)Sou Ryu Sen(Paired Dragon Flash) = Paired attack with sword and sheath. If sword is blocked, sheath comes in and hits enemy.
10)Ryu Kan Sen Arashi(Dragon Wind Up Flash Storm) = More powerful version of Ryu Kan Sen Tsumuji
Tsumuji + more damaging.
11)Zantetsu = Iron/Steel cutting technique. Can use it anywhere except underwater.
12)Shihara Dori = Defensive technique in which user grabs enemies sword.
13)Ryu Mei San = User quickly sheathes sword, causing a sound that distorts the hearing of those with enhanced senses.
14)Modoshi Giri = User can cut something in half and then rejoin it together and make it seem as if there was no cut whatsoever.
15)Ryu Tsui Sho Sen(Dragon Mallot Rising Flash) = Combo of Ryu Tsui Sen and Ryu Shou Sen. Performed when opponent is coming down from above, Ryu Tsui Sen first, then Ryu Shou Sen, causing double damage.
16)Kogarashi Tsumuji Arashi = First he starts off turning around and doing one hit, then jumps and hits again, then uses the turning momentum to go into a spin and slicing again. Spin goes vertically, not horizontally.
17)Ku Zu Ryu Sen(Nine Headed Dragon Flash) = Strikes with the sword nine times on the 9 vital points at such insane speed that it appears to the opponent that your attacking with 9 swords at the same time. User targets head, right leg, left leg, right arm, left arm, between the legs, the chest, right shoulder, and left shoulder, making this move virtually impossible to block.
18)Ama Kakeru Ryu No Hirameki(Heaven's Soaring Dragon Flash): Minato's most powerfu move! Normally when using the Batto Jutsu, the right leg is placed in front of the left leg so as not to cut your leg off when drawing your sword from the left, but with this you put your left leg in front giving your attack the most power it can get, and must twist your body at the right time so as not to cut your leg off. In order to do this he must have a strong will to live. This move is actually a combo of two, because if this move is executed properly, if the first hit is blocked, then the person spins around, and slices again. It works because apparently after the first strike, the user uses force pull with the sword, sucking in the enemy, allowing the person to be close enough to be sliced again. Blocking and Dodging is a very difficult feat at this speed but if the 1st and 2nd attacks of the move is somehow blocked or dodged, the user quickly makes a gigantic cross-shaped shockwave with his sword, and fires it at the opponent. The user moves significantly faster with this technique that with any of the others, making this technique easily the most devastating.
19)Soru: the ability to dash very fast

21)Force Push: Fires off an invisible shockwave with one or more of your body parts or it even can be focused through an object like a sword or cannon ball. The Shockwave can Push an opponent or a very heavy object a considerable distance away. This move can be charged to enhance the power of the shockwave. This move can also be used against the ground or a wall or a source of water to repel yourself away.
22)Force Pull: Creates a gravity-like invisible vortex around one of your body parts or it even can be focused through an object like a sword or cannon ball, that sucks in an opponent or a very heavy object. It can be also used to steal an opponent's weapon or item while they are off-guard.
23)Spinning 360 Pound Cannon: Minato takes his 360 Pound Cannonball and uses force push with one hand on side of it and with the other hand on the opposite side of the ball using Force push until the Cannonball starts spinning Ridiculously fast and be launched at a opponent or target at Overwhelming speeds. The Impact is much greater than getting hit by a ship's cannonball at can even harm opponents or obstacles that are normally difficult to damage. It's also coated in seastone.
24)Force Speed - By using force push with his feet, the user can levitate 2 inches off the ground and by leaning forward can run faster than he usually could due to the lack of friction. Can be combined with Soru for extra speed.
Weapons/Items: A Supreme-Grade Katana - A Katana given to Minato by the World's Greatest Swordsman at the time. It is extremely light and durable.
300 Pound Cannon Ball: A Standard Sized Steel Cannonball that weighs 300 pounds and is Extremely Durable and coated in seastone.
Goals: To overthrow the World Government and Avenge his parents!
