"Sighs I wish I knew" As the pirates begin to fire directly for his head Xavier lifts his leg high in the air and slams hards down into ship. The deck splits open wide and the pirates fall below deck. The crack spreads to the hull as the ships takes on water.

Xavier uses his moon step and quick knocks out each pirates that had
attacked him. He lifts thems up and brings them to Nishki's ship.

"Take the to the cells on boards. The will go through punishment for attack a goverment official."

Xavier leaves to take care of the other ships this time not giving them a chance to fight back he breaks the hull of another ship using it to puncture the ships bottom and the throws it through the last ship

Nishki laughs sitting down on the mast of the ship opposite the one xavier destroyed. "nice one brother!! AHAHAHHHAAAAA"

Nishki flies over to the final ship where Gortessia's captain was

Pirates from every angle attacked Nishki, Nishki simply standing still "Im glad we had a chance to chat, but i can see clearly you guys are all hopeless...."

Nishki uses Jyogan Madara, Launching powerful punches all around blowing back the pirates near him, Nishki then used soru and rankyaku on the captain of Gortessia. Gortessia Captain : "ARGHHHHHH" He falls back and lands downwards.
Nishki talks into his den den mushi "Tell Dakamaru to end this ......"

The grunts run up to Dakamaru "Sir the vice admiral has requested that you end this battle sir!!!"

Dakumaru receiving the message shouted "Battles Over men Come back to the shiP"

Nishki flies back to the ship and instructs Mary
"I want a damage report and a overall report on how many pirates we have captured, i also want all nearby (he starts walking with Mary following him) targets to be identified immediately. All injured personnel that we have must be attended to, also patch me through to HQ and then to impel down, there is going to be a heavy shipment, now get me Dakamaru"

Mary salutes and goes searching for Dakamaru.

Dakumaru See's Mary " Hi Mary anything you need from me?" as Dakumaru threw a couple more pirates in the brig

Mary stops "There you are, Vice admiral wants to see you, nice work Dakamaru, youve done well as the captain since you joined us, Vice Admiral Nishki is on the deck"

Dakumaru Rushes Up to the Deck seeing Nishki Saluting "Vice Admiral Nishki I Am Here as you Requested"

Nishki sees Dakamaru "Great work today, rounding up the pirates and those ships, i need you to put in a sub call to all other marine ships informing them of what happened , also i need you to call impel down and arrange for the gates of justice to be opened, we are heading to enies lobby to send the pirates straight to impel down, call HQ and tell them to prepare a welcome at enies lobby and impel down..."

Nishki went into his room and then Mary came in "Sir the report are all confirmed, pirates in the estimates of nearly 465, they have all been identified!!"

Nishki sips his whiskey , "Good, go and ask Dakamaru if we are cleared to enter the Tarai Current? he should have gotten a response from HQ and Impel Down by now."

Mary salutes and again goes looking for Dakamaru.

Mean while on the other ship Martello enters his quarters again with two marine girls.

Mary finds Dakamaru in the communications room, "Dakamaru, Vice Admiral Nishki wants to know if HQ has given us permission to head to Enies Lobby and Impel Down?"

Dakumaru Says "Permission Confirmed they are ready for us" Nods at Mary

Mary then nods back, she then heads back to vice admiral Nishkis room.

Nishki sat still when Mary entered the area "Sir, HQ has given green light, we are clear for enies lobby and Impel down transaction"

Nishki nodded and sipped his whiskey again "Good, set a course for Enies Lobby, we are shipping pirates to impel down....."

Mary nods and then runs up to tell everyone "MEN PREPARE FOR SAIL, WE ARE HEADING TO ENIES LOBBY!!!!"

The soldiers roar in approval and prepare to move out, Mary goes to Dkamaru "Well we are heading to Enies lobby, Dakamaru, i was hoping you could tell my brot....., no , Rear Admiral Martello of the orders to move to Enies Lobby , he is in the other ship in his room, make sure you knock." Mary saluted

Xavier has a flash back to his first assinment under Cipher Pol. The man had done much damage to order of the world. He never hurting civillians but any chance he would get he would detroy marine facilities and even as far as taking a Tenryūbito hostage and managing to escape an admiral and warship fleet. Even after his defeat by Xavier his resolve remained strong. "I will go through the depths of hell and I will concur them. I can see that you are a lost indivisual. Come before me again once you have youself. The order of this world needs to be questioned.

Nishki walks and sees Xavier by himself in deep thought "You seem lost brother, what are you thinking about?"

Xavier looks up taking a deep breath. "Its the past. Just thinking, I have been through these gates many times. And escorted many prisoners. There crimes against the world vary and all had much to say. But its that first mans words that ring in my head every time i come.

Nishki watching as the prisoners enter enies lobby, he nods with Xavier ,

"True, but then again, every once in a while there are some crazy people in this world....., also you cant say what they are saying sometimes isn't true, maybe they are innocent, maybe they are good, but you still cant let it get you down, you just gotta do what you believe is right, like me (grins)"

"But who gets to detiremine, right, and wrong. Justice!?" Xavier walks off heading inside to take care of other business.

Nishki stares into the sea and then says to Xavier as he walks away "My friend, justice is ruled by those with power, in order to speak of justice, you must first become justice....."

As the gates of justice once again opened slightly to allow the ship heading to impel down to enter, Nishki simply watched and sighed, the tiresome ordeal was over, Mary came running to Nishki and saluted "VICE ADMIRAL!!!, we have a report from HQ, it seems that there is some activity near the Treagon island on the grand line!!"

Nishki breathed in "Set course , we are going to Treagon island now..."

The men got in place and news was sent to all Nishki then instructed Mary to bring Dakamaru to the room.

*While inside impel down Xavier talks with an old friend and gives him a message to pass on to prisoner insisting that the message be stated exactly the way he says it.
