Capabilities: The user becomes a rotation man, allowing himself to spin 360 degrees across any joint without damage. The user can also force objects to rotate. What the user can rotate depends on their strength; the maximum weight they can lift is the maximum weight they can spin. Also, the spinning energy can only be applied to things within four feet. Rotation does not stop the objects movement unless it would (that is to say the momentum is still carried). The fruit's effect can not be applied to the wind or water.
