History: Tiberius grew up in a small town in South Blue. He was like all children and always dreamed of traveling the ocean one day. He did not care the level of power his crew mates were. When he turned 18, he finally sailed off on a abandoned boat, that boat lasted as he made it through. Tiberius had a warm nature that made others enjoy being around him. He had many crew members at one point and was quite happy traveling the ocean. When he reached the grand line Tiberius was required to protect his weak crew , he had immense physical power so it was not difficult at the begging. Tiberius had a affection for children, he raised two orphan boys on his ship when they talked about their grand dreams to sail the oceans as well. He had always been a kind person and full of love and power.
However, when they reached the entrance of the new world the crew was in the cross fire of a huge battle where there was a Admiral as well, the admiral slaughtered the crew , and Tiberius stood no chance against the admiral, he ran away with only a few survivors and the orphan boys and barely made it out. This changed Tiberius as a person, he became bitter and angry with the world. He plotted a way to get stronger after that by sneaking into the ranks of the Marines. Within there he grew in status to quickly, within ten years he became a Vice admiral. Tiberius planned after that learning the secrets of the marines and the WG. He finally made his move stealing a powerful prototype sword and a chest of secret documents revealing the locations of several agents and weapons of the WG.
The WG ordered Vice Admiral Nishki who was a friend and former subordinate of Tiberius to hunt down Tiberius and bring back the weapon and the documents. In a grand battle in Banero island, a man who single handedly had to fight a Vice admiral and several pirates, with only one hand after it was cut off, Tiberius was defeated and supposedly dead. Vice admiral Nishki in victory. However after the battle The Kuroujuji pirates came and revived him from his near death state his heart was in. Tiberius then decided to get a new arm of power from a vault belonging to the WG in a island as well as a new sword. He decided to join the Black Cross as he had no where to go and no life.
Sometime during the time-skip, he apparently either defected from the crew, or had a deal (as it is hinted that Wally has dealings with the World Government on multiple occasions), that ultimately led him to be offered a spot at the Royal Shichibukai.
Personality: Tiberius was once a kind and warm hearted person. But through time he grew hard and bitter. He still remains close to most of his subordinates. Tiberius is also a very spoken person who gives his ideas and knowledge straight forward. Tiberius also believes that he would have to become justice by being stronger. While hardships have caused him to become more distant, somewhat wary of others and more ruthless, he retains a certain decree of kindness towards those in need, and his morality appears to be mostly unchanged. He also appears to heavily value the burden of his words, and is willing to do anything to accomplish what he states.

Considering that formidable characters such as Hanashi Suigo and Damien Sabres shared this status, it is implied he is on par if not stronger than them, who both boast bounties in the range of a billion beli.
His durability and survival capabilities are also nearly unparallel. He also appears to have a faster-than-normal recover rate. Despite all this, he was apparently no match for "Fortune Maker", althought it is unclear if he was beaten in a one versus one fight or was attacked by multiple assailants. The aforementioned Yonko even praised his prowess as "remarkable".
