Appearance: A rather short but musculair built man , wich has long wild brown hair and a thick beard, He wears simple clothes, brown hoses, a long brown leather jacket,(one without sleeves) beneath he wears a longsleeved darkgreen shirt. He also wears simple black shoes, and sometimes gogles
History:
As a kid, cid had a good youth, his dad was a shipwright, and his mom an engineer, being interested in both things, he used all his free time with helping his dad and mom with their work, at the age of 12 the governement requested the familys help with building a special type of ship, cid's parents brought cid with them to their work, on their way to water7 where they were requested, a pirate ship attackd the marines and kidnapped Cid to get a ransom.
At night cid managed to escape from the jail, and while he was sneaking around on the ship he found a devilsfruit, as he heard people coming he fastly eaten the fruit, as the pirates wanted to capture him, he blew them away by creating a propellor on his hand. Cid who escaped on a small sloop outspeeded the pirates by placing a propellor on the back of the smal sloop.
Six days later Marines found cid and brought him to water 7 where his parents were working, after years and years of training Cid could call himself a shipswright and a engineer, when Cid turned 28 his parents retired their work and went for a long holiday around the world, leaving cid with a nice amount of money wich he used to start his own little bussines he bought an old ship and remodelled it making a few qaurters in it where people could stay at night, and making himself a big room as his home, he wanted to combine his devilfruit power with new found technology and his engineering skills to let the ship fly.
After a while the bussines started running and cid started earning money, his old little ship was getting too small and he bought a new much bigger one, wich he still uses nowadays,
Cid who enjoyed seeing people enjoy the flights, began making trips to the legendary skypiea where he bought dials, wich he trades in too, in his airship he openend up a store with a lot of foreign and strange products and objects from all around the world,
The world governement started complaining about the airship, cause cid could bring people wherever they wanted even at places the world governement wouldn't allow normal people to come, and so cid was forced to make a contract where in he transported and helped people from the world governement once a month or at request, if he would reject this they would place a bounty on his head and he would be captured. As cid hadn't any choice he acepted it.

Cid Is a friendly and happy man, he likes helping people and likes to be with them, he doesn't like fighting, but if he has too he has a trick or two uppon his sleeve, He likes building ships, and creating/inventing strange gadgets or vehicles, He enjoys food, drinks music and good humor, he dislikes war, and useless killing

Capabilities: The user can create propellers on any part of his body, the proppellors are made of steel and the blades are sharpenend, at any size (aslong as their not bigger then the user) the user can control them as in letting hem spin, they can also be dispatched from the body (in firing) When the propellors are spinning they create small amounts of air preasure(how bigger the propellors how bigger the preasure), wich wont deal any major damage, most of the time used for keeping foes on a distance, the user is able to fly with propellors but fighting at the same time isn't a good option, the user can also create propellors on objects he touches, after the user created a propellor on a object, the user is able to controll it if it is in 100 feet range of the user.

2propellor whirlwind: by throwing a propellor ar inmense speed (after it span awhile) the propeller will create a little whirlwind around it(how farther it goes how slower, and how weaker the whirlwind)
3 propellor armor: by creating alot of propellors on the body and around it, making it an ultimate defence suite,
4 bladed staff, while holding the iron staff on the lower end and creating propellors on the rest of the staff cid made him self a great weapon with long cutting rang, but its heavy and slow
Weapons/Items: A bag with engineer tools and a few iron tubes, around 3 breathe dials, 3 jet dials and 2 heat dials(used for creations), a ball , a milky ,a vision a tone and a water dial(mostly used for passengers amusement and showing/letting them hear stuff) a steel staff ,and a pair of goggles (using to see a bit further/more sharp)
Cid also has a big amount of items (dials and stuff) at his boat, used for trading ETC.
Goals: Helping as many people as he can, letting as many people as he can show how beutifull the sky is, to invent even greater things then his airship
