Serious: wtf happend here in louge town

((I go to sleep, wake up; and the thread that just started is already over? I need to tie up a few loose ends with Mara.))

Mara arrived at the docks as Nishki's ship was about to depart. He never did even hear her question. "Vice Admiral! A moment if you please!" The marines on the deck heard her, but continued on their preparations.

Nishki awoke from his sleep and saw Mara, he waved :"YO Mara whats up, how is the situation in the town?"

Giving a quick salute, Mara began speaking to Nishki. "Fine now sir. But I had a question. From your most recent report to HQ, you were in the same area I heard the Untouchable Pirates were in. Do you know where they are now?" The expression on her face was stern and quite serious. She felt it necessary to pick up his trail again; and now she could have that answer.

Nishki grabbed the drink that was brought to him : "AHAHAHHAAHAH, why so serious Mara-chan, you do realise that some new pirates are not worth getting riled up about, they are not bad people.."

Mara's expression changed to one of irritation at the vice admiral's words. She couldn't exactly say why she was going after them and was not about to try begging. There was of course, the plight of duty. "But no matter how well mannered they are, they are still law breakers!" If he declined this approach, Mara was out of ideas. A look of nervous desperation crossed her face, and she was too concentrated to even hide it.

Nishki looked at Maras face, she was really upset about something, Nishki smiled " Very well Mara -chan, the last time i saw them, we were escaping a storm of the coast of Talengio island, by now they are near the next island i guess..."

Again the young captain saluted. "Thank you Vice Admiral. I will bring them to justice." Turning, Mara made her way hastily to her ship, where her marines were waiting patiently. "Are we departing ma'am?" She gave a quick nod and entered the captain's quarters. The marine started calling out orders to his crew mates. "Hoist the anchor!"

Before Mara left the plank, Nishki said out : "MAra-chan, a word of advice, justice is good to be preserved, but justice made from obsession can never prosper, i know youre a good girl, and you will understand that one day........"

Replying only with a nod and a weak smile, the marine captain entered her quarters. Mara sat at the desk in her office, head held low. Nishki gave good advice, but she couldn't tell him her search for Jackson had a motivation behind it other than justice. She slammed her fist on the desk in frustation. But it didn't matter. Soon this problem would be settled and she could rest easy. But there was still that nagging spike in her mind that was unsure of what she would do when she found the pirate. The crew continued to follow their captain's orders, and soon they were off.
