History: Traffic has always had a big apatite, so when he, at the age of 22, found a weird fruit, he couldn't resist and ate it.
This fruit gave him the ability to eat anything in his path, which, of course, he did.
After eating almost the whole village, he got thrown off the island and began sailing the seas.
One day, he couldn't stop eating and once again, ate half a village. This time however, people weren't as forgiving as the people on his own island... This time he got thrown off AND got a bounty...
He now sees himself as a pirate and dreams of getting the highest bounty ever, though he is a bit sad that he wound up being a criminal

Personality: He is innocent, a bit childish and not the brightest one out there.
He loves to play ball games, but usually ends up eating the balls because they look tasty.
Of course, being rubber which he can't eat properly, they're not...
He is always in to try some new tastes. which usually means eating trees, boats, shells, living sharks and other weird stuff

Ship: Unnamed ,one-man dingy

Ship Flag: At the moment, just an underpants nailed to a pole

Devil Fruit:
Type: Baku Baku no mi
Effect: Allows him to eat anything and later that day use what he ate as a body part.

Learned Techniques:
Baku Baku Shokku=Munch Munch Shock or Munch Munch Mutation:
Change his body, or body part in an item he has eaten.

Weapons/Items: Whatever he as eaten that day, plus always a couple of backup swords so he will not be defenseless if he hasn't eaten anything weird for a while

Goals: Getting the highest bounty ever.

Okay, several problems here:

Your character's appearance is too short. Try to expound more on what he looks like.

Your character's personality is also too short. No person is that one-faced. Try to say how he behaves differently when near different types of people, etc.

His bounty seems to be a bit low for someone who ate half a village, isn't it?

And finally: just a pet peeve, (as in you don't need to fix this), but can you please correct a little bit of your capitalization? (Not to be an arse)
