History: He once was (actually still is) a wandering martial artist, looking to become the best one in the world. He heard of a noble who was rumored to be the best swordsman of his family, so he started looking for him and he found and fought him. However, he lost to him, though he also befriended him. He decided to stay in town for a while and train in the area's around town. One day he heard that his new friend committed a murder and quickly went to town to search for him. He eventually found him and asked what was going on. After he heard the story the marines found them and he helped his friend get away. He and his friend split up and were both chased by the marines, but Olcadan ran into a dead end. He decided to stand and fight the marines and he defeated all of them, thanks to his Devil Fruit. After that, he decided to look for his friend and found him hiding together with a little girl. Since that time he and his friend became wanted men and his friend started a pirate crew in order to fulfill his goal of repaying the little girl. Olcadan decided to join him as he got nowhere else to go and figured that there would be lots of strong opponents along the way.

Personality: Olcadan is a rather serious person, preferring to do what he has to do as quickly as possible. He also has a code of honor, due to his martial arts training and refuses to attack a downed opponent.

Learned Techniques:
- Devil Fruit Techniques:
*Fukuro Tsume Rendan (Owl Claw Barrage): While in his Hybrid form he gives multiple kicks with his owl feet, thus clawing and kicking the enemy at the same time.
*Fukuro Kiri (Owl Slash): Olcadan jumps up very high and cross slashes his opponent with his clawed feet.
*Fukuro Ken, Mumyo Mushin (Owl Fist, Innocent and Ignorant): Olcadan uses the owls great eyesight stands completely focused on his opponent, predicting every move and evading or countering them easily. However, he can't use this technique very long as it puts immense strain on his eyes.
*Fukuro Kuchibashi Tatsumaki (Owl Beak Tornado): Olcadan jumps up and comes spinning down with his beak first, creating a piersing and drilling attack.
*Fukuro Tsume Tatsumaki (Owl Claw Tornado): Same as above, only with his claws and more damaging.
- Special Martial Arts Techniques:
*Kiryoku: Olcadan uses his own energy to create a shock wave from his palms that has a maximum range of 1.5 meters, capable of damaging and/or sending enemies flying. The closer the attack range, the more damaging it is.
*Hissatsu Ougi; Hakkeshini (Certain Kill Secret Technique; Pressure Point Death): Olcadan rapidly attacks his opponent's pressure points and finishes with a Yamazuki** to the Solar Plexus** and the throat.
