Appearance:
Dude is rather easy to be seen in a crowd. He wears a pilot's cap colored brown, shades and has 3 piercings on his left ear. He has a thin mustache and facial hair, a big nose and is usually seen with a big grin on his face. He wears a brown sleeveless jacket with fur, it slightly looks like a cowboy's jacket. Below it he wears a simple black shirt. He wears jeans and black boots. He is usually seen smoking a cigar. He is quite muscular. He has a "crab" attached on his jacket.
In the New World, he seems to have changed his attire for an orange-colored Hawaiian shirt with whitish flower patterns, as well as a light blue (cyan) pair of jeans, accompanied by a pair of orange colored sandals. He also seems to have left his hair grow, up to his shoulders, and no longer wears his pilot's cap. He also has a pair of shades that are usually fixed upon his forehead. His mustache has also grown a bit, and now Dude also sports a small goatee.
History:
At a young age, Dude showed skills in shipwright and was taken into a marine's facility to improve his skills and work for them. Many years after, his skills became extremely good, and he made a name as a top class shipwright. However, it seems that he didn't really wanted this life. At some point, Dude somehow got the Denka Denka No Mi in his hands and ate it. He eventually left the place after causing a massive riot. The marines send some officers to arrest him, but Dude killed em. In the battle, Dude's powers cause the death of many civilians. Due to this and the knowledge he acquired during the years he spend with the marines, the Government put a bounty of 20,000,000 Beli on his head, hoping that this will encourage bounty hunters.
However, Dude was not done with the marines. He infiltrated a base and caused major problems by damaging the systems, as well as stealing something. It is unclear what was stolen, but the Government increased his bounty to 38,000,000 Beli, so its assumed that its something important. Dude joined a crew after that, but abandoned (presumably destroyed) it and was ever since around the Grand Line. He was present when Roberto D. Wally announced his plans. He is the first person to join Wally and together they formed the "Black Cross Pirates".

Personality:
As a kid, Dude was very kind and helpful. As the years passed though, he became darker and more sinister. Now he appears to be a bit "crazy" as he ruins people and anything else without any reason if he feels like doing so. He tents to grin almost always and is usually very confident and sure about himself. He doesn't seem to be afraid of anything, even death itself. He appears to care a bit about his crew-mates after all they have been thought. He also appears to think high of himself, and often get enraged when treated like he is just another person.
After entering the New World, seems to have mellowed down a bit over time, as he appears to be more caring about his crew mates and even his captain's allies, offering to assist Lappy by restoring and recreating an android limp for him, after the lapah's loss during their all out confrontation with Iken's forces. He also appears to be extremely casual with Wally, to the point of openly insulting him, and his captain doesn't even seem to bother with that, thus those two are probably very strongly bonded.

Devil Fruit:
Dude ate the Denka Denka No Mi, a Paramecia fruit that allows him to produce static electricity from his body. It also renders him immune to any lighting based attack. It appears that he has mastered his Devil Fruit, as seen in his fights and the ease at which he uses it, combined with Cola or other methods, to fuel an entire Marine Battleship-sized ship, and make it travel at a speed much greater than that of an average ship. It seems that his power allows him to use that static electricity as a means of energy, which he can then use to near endless supplies, effectively making him, combine with his weapons, a moving fortress.
Special abilities:
General:
Dude is apparently an extremely fast man, and has high reflexes and agility. His typical way of fighting involves high speed attacks, with the aid of his Devil Fruit. He is very resilient as well, taking hits and continuing to fight, mostly ignoring the pain. His brute strength is at least a few times higher than that of a normal person. He was capable of fighting with Rashmi, a commander of the Revolutionaries and fruit user, as well as kill Mr. Blue, also a Devil Fruit user, with relative ease. He also has very high sense of awareness, realizing things most people cant possibly notice until it's too late. (He comically never realizes Tiberius presence though). His true potential as a massive thread is seen though, when he is using his own ship, "Black Star" to fight, in a way making him a moving fortress.
Science Progress:
He is an extremely talented and skilled shipwright and inventor. He was a top class and very well known shipwright in his time in the marines. Generally, he seems to be a top-class inventor and is well aware of mechanics most shipwrings are unaware of. His skill can be seen from the fact that he created a ship such as the "Black Star" and the "Aoi Taihou" cannons on it, which have been shown to be powerful enough to destroy town blocks with one strike.
Weaponry:
Dude has an array of weapons at all times with him, and is extremely proficient in their use. Using his Devil Fruit powers he can augment his weapon's (bullets, grenades or melee) power, speed, penetration and even add a "paralyzing" effect on his attacks, making him an extremely dangerous pirate. Also, to be able to use so many guns, suggests he has great sharpshooting skill, as well as knowledge over their mechanics and their use.
Learned techniques:
1. Furo-go (literally meaning flow)
Dude uses the static electricity around his body as a flow. Anyone that touches him or gets attacked will receive some damage from it, and depending how weak or strong the attacked one is, it can lead to temporally paralysis.
2. Denka Denka Smash
Dude punches the opponent with a static-amplified fist.
3. Senmu (literally meaning conductor)
Dude touches his opponent sending a surge of electricity to cause internal damage or shock.
4. Denka Denka Kicker
Dude kicks his opponent with a static-amplified kick.
5. Denka Denka Nail Dish
Dude throws a barrage of nails ,held in a pocket, on his opponent, after amplifying them with static electricity to increase range, penetration and speed.
6. Grenade Gigantos
Dude augments a grenade with his Devil Fruit powers and throws it to his opponents. Aside the explosion, a small electric field is formed that causes some paralyzing on anyone near the impact. This has to be used several times on stronger opponents for the paralyze effect to work.
7. Denka Denka Gatling Gun
Using a machine gun, Dude amplifies the bullets with his Devil Fruit powers to increase their speed and penetration power.
Weapons: nails, machine-gun, grenades, knife, rifle.
Goal: Create a super ship.
