description: The snowboard waver is very similar in appearance to real world boards. It is about one meter long in length, large enough to fit on someone's back comfortably. It is light blue in colour, with a seastone covered edge. The bottom is vertically lined with jet dials, allowing flight. Only shandians can use it. The front has two impact dials and one reject dial.
weapon special abilities: The board's primary use is transportation around the ocean clouds. When not in skypia, the board uses it's-jet dials to propel the user through the air. Devil fruit users cannot fly, however, due to it being lined with seastone. It also functions as a shield, being heat proof and lined with impact and reject dials.
