Appearance:
He stands at about 8 feet tall, with a muscular, but not bulky, somewhat lean build, arms somewhat disproportionatelly thicker than his body structure would otherwise hint. A somewhat long and lightly crooked nose, jet black eyes and a scar crossing his right eye. Black goatee and some stubble. Shaggy black hair that falls around to his shoulders. Sports a large burn-like scar across his right side of his torso, and another one, clearly from a slash wound, across a portion of his left shoulder. Also sports a large, fist-sized (proportionate to his above normal height) puncture scar on the right side of his abdomen.
He is wearing a large, black feather coat, and under it a white shirt with red tribal-like lines, a red sash, black pants with some white lines verdically from below the height of his knees, a large necklace with what appears to be a simplified version of the crew's jolly roger, and a couple of pearl-imbued earrings on his right ear. On occasion he also sports black, narrow sunglasses with a dark orange tint.

History:
Wally was born and lived his early years up to his middle adolescence in Water 7, from a somewhat notorious black market operative and a local woman living in the island. Little is known about his mother as she died during labor. His father raised and introduced him into the world of brokery and the underworld from an early age, thus offering him a route into connections and skills he could later use for himself. It should be noted that Wally had wanted to become a pirate from an early age.

Wally was working as an actual black market seller and broker, ever since he was 19 years old. He was a very adept and capable man, that was using his high intelligence and ability to make deals and form alliances in order to gather information and rare weapons, as well as Devil Fruits that he'd later on sell for huge cash. At the age of 21, his father passed away because of an illness, but left him with enough authorities and connections to effectively allow him to continue on his "business". And so he did. Another thing that perhaps should be stated about Wally is that he was naturally born with very high levels of physical prowess. That aside, Wally carried on, connecting into the dark world of black market to the point where Gregory deemed Wally an invaluable ally, and since Wally's father and him happened to also be good friends, decided that he'd support Wally and instead of having Wally work for him, he'd actually be giving help to Wally on any of his actions. Perhaps that was asked by Wally's father as a last wish, but that's just an inside rumor.

Wally continued on that business, until, after a decade, he decided to break down this business, actually taking down some men that were previously working for Wally himself, most notably a man that Wally faced on years later, at an event that was one of the main reasons why the Marines would later on consider him for a position to the Seven Warlords of the Seas. But that's recent stories about less than 2 years ago. Back to Wally's past, Wally apparently let go of the way of black market dealer because of his dream to become the Pirate King. He seems to have used his father's name and the connections to acquire a specific Devil Fruit power, the power of the Yami Yami no Mi. So, as soon as he got that, he changed his tactics.

After some years into obscurity, probably so he would be forgotten by anyone so he could begin his plan of becoming the Pirate King, and since he had the fruit that made him enter this career, Wally begun traveling in the Grand Line. However, under conditions unknown so far, he alone managed to somehow enter the New World, possibly straight from Marinefold, since he has no bounty therefore the Government wasn't aware of his actions at the point. There (New World) he set his eyes into finding a good number of powerful pirates so he can start his own crew. However, he was forced to return back to the Grand Line, realizing that its too much to try it on such a strong place on his own, so soon. He did however got a glimpse on what to expect, something that could potentially prove useful in the future. After that, he formed a crew in Water 7, along with Boltman Dude and Coorey Martha, 2 individuals he met there that shared similar goals with him.

Events in the current storyline (summarized):
Soon afterwards, the trio traveled around the Grand Line, meeting a young girl from Amazon Lily while they were on Drum Island. She wanted to return a small child back to her hometown, and the crew decided to, despite their character and plans, help her out. It was at this place where they came across with a future rival of the crew, Unholy. After they helped the amazon, they headed out to another island, where they met with another figure that was to become an important challenger to them, Nishki D. Rock. At that time being of a lower rank than the Admiral Status he now possesses, the young Marine actually used their help in order to bring down the formidable "Tiberius Mandrake".

Having helped, despite the fact that they also recruited Tiberius without Nishki knowing, the crew went ahead and also helped the Marines once again by taking out a dangerous group of people at Water 7 that had hijacked the sea train, a group called "The 4 Horsemen". The leader of that group was that certain man stated above that was one of those Wally attempted to bring down when he let go of his previous job as a broker. Right after those events, the crew actually openly went at downtown of Water 7 and asked for knew crew mates to join, thus getting people such as Nemuri Hawks and Sanura Jade. It should also be noted that it was Wally that unintentionally gave Martello a Devil Fruit for him to consume.

Soon after those events, on a remote island the crew stopped to rest, they came across a savage and famous man known as "Behemoth". Fighting evenly with the powerful Tiberius, the man decided to accept Wally's invitation and he joined the crew, increasing the crew's potential and giving Wally his first bounty.

After some time, the crew attacked a city, which, while it seemed as a cruel act, was actually, hidden, a nuisance to the world Government because of their king's beliefs. Due to that, and the fact that Wally was trying to show off that he has the skills going for it, he was invited to join the Seven Warlords of the Sea, an invitation which Wally accepted.

Somewhere during their travels, the crew also had come across Anubis, a rookie at that point, who now is one of the four Yonko. As his crew was at that point trying to do big things to get a name for themselves, Wally was ordered to more or less, inform other Shichibukai of the fact that the Anubis pirates were on a hunt for them. Despite all that, Wally himself didn't seemed to be hostile against Anubis, even helping him and his crew out, indirectly of course, so the marines won't consider him a traitor. His reason was that Anubis could become a great rival.

At some other point, a pair of powerful men joined the crew as well, one of them, Hanashi Suigo becoming Wally's right-hand man and one of the main powerhouses of the Black Cross.

At some point, he allied with Maximillion Maimou, an alliance that is still very strong and is considered as one of the most dangerous alliances currently in the world.

Wally entered several events for the sake of helping the Marines, including the great event at Enies Lobbies, where he fought toe to toe with the powerful at that point, Anubis, and previously, he had helped in the events that happened on Shabaony just before the Enies Lobbies event, an event that destroyed most of that facility. And even more than that.

Due to all that help, the marines were so pleased, although the Gorousei were beginning to fear Wally's status and fame, that they did a thing never done before; they allowed Wally to release a prisoner from Impel Down. This happened at the same time when Satoshi and co tried to infiltrate the great prison. In the chaos formed, Wally secretly released more than one prisoner, using his powers to hide it until it was too late, which was still then considered to have happened (their escape) due to the chaos formed with the Anubis pirates and Tamuri Todd involved into this.

Then, the War of Atlantis occurred. During this huge event, Wally finally showed his true intentions, that were to strike the Marines at their most pressed-up time. Proving themselves to be too much of a nuisance and danger, and because of Wally's direct attack at Nishki D. Rock, the task-force being on Atlantis, his status was revoked, and instead he was starting to be considered a Yonko, a title that Wally actually didn't liked much, because, for him, it was too soon that he'd be called like this. And after that, the crew vanished for a while.
Sometime later, they attacked Drum, alongside the massive amount of allies they had gathered, and took it over.

Then, the crew entered the New World, after dispatching a small army to guard Drum, a force of Hawks, Jade and Renaldo Ginji to act as co-workers of Gregory Maichu, since the pair would still work together closely, and the main force. However, upon there, Wally was betrayed by the powerful Jason, the man that Wally had originally asked to have released from Impel Down. Due to this, his "status" as Yonko was called off, and the crew vanished for several months. Coorey Martha is said to be dead, although this statement is as of yet not confirmed.

Also, during that time, Roko Cloud, a new and powerful pirate, and his crew, managed to defeat his forces on Drum, and claimed the land as their own. Thus, Tiberius, led in charge there, was called by Gregory Maichu to go to the New World and find the crew.
Finally, a young but prominent swordsman, Maha, joined the crew during that time.

New world events (again, summarized):
After preparing up, and meeting with Maximillion, now a Yonko, and his powerful Dusk pirates, the crew set sail again, this time going on an island called "Creta Tropica". Fighting with the Marines and the powerful Okutans, men with a unique battle style rivaling Rokushiki, the crew seemingly easily got the upper hand, and claimed Creta Tropica as their first island taken into their turf on the New World.

Immediately after, they were called by his ally, Maximillion, to help him fent off members of the Unknown Pirates for entering his own land, the Raijin island. There, the crew greatly helped their ally in beating those people, notably Wally being the first and for a while only person to be completely immune of Wormu's powerful "True One" Devil Fruit, the fact that Jason had joined this crew as well, and having a bounty of 500,000,000 Beli at that time, with Wally beating the man (revealed that Wally even planned his own defeat, in order to come unnoticed into the New World.), and Sabres being capable of being the only one, barring Wally and Maximillion himself, to fight back and wound Wormus.

Having defeated that fraction of the Unknown Pirates, the crew decided to rest on the island, with the exception of Suigo and Maha, who went on the nearby "Upside Root Island", who they also happened to easily claim as turf of the Black Cross.


Personality:
While Wally is a laid-back and party-loving kind of person, what usually gives off the impression that he is very naive and easy going, the reality is anything but that. Wally is a very ruthless man, that has little issues stomping on allies (although, it should be noted that he considered his past co-workers as merely "co-workers" and seems to deeply respect his alliance with Maximillion, shown by the fact that he is more than willing to risk his life to aid him, as well as Gregory Maichu) or fighting dirty.

However, he does usually prefer a clean fight, and will only gang up on someone if it's part of a plan. Speaking of plans, Wally is actually, again in contrast to his behavior and characteristics, and extremely smart and strategic, and tents to plan things out; the ability of his to plan out things which go almost completely as he planned, is one of Wally's strongest aspects. While initially shown not caring at all about his crew mates, he's grown to care about them, seen many times when he orders the grunt-level cremates to back away when they face a formidable foe. He does however, expect more from the senior members, and often scolds them if they are beaten up, especially Sabres and Dude. They in return are very casual with him, going as far as to insult him, to which Wally barely cares.

Wally wants to be the Pirate King; as a result, it's obvious that all of the things that had happened till now, are part of a plan of his to accomplish hat target. That being said, and despite his numerous schemes thus far, he ultimately wants the world to be in a balanced state, which is part of why he pursues his goal.

Wally has a great deal of respect on powerful people; be it friend or enemy. He has great respect over Nishki, and despite the fact that he attempted to kill him using a trap, he often comments that he's glad the man escaped, and views him as a rival. Similarly, he respects Anubis. While not actually meeting him so far, he also does respect Roko Cloud, for the fact that he was able to defeat Tiberius, another man that he respects greatly. He also heavily respects Maximillion, Gregory, Hawks & Suigo.

He also loves to fight. Even versus powerful enemies, Wally usually grins through out the fight, and even sometimes tries to prolong the battle, simply to enjoy it more. He also is almost never seen angry; he always laughs it off, no matter how bad things man be.

Devil Fruit:
Wally ate the Yami Yami No Mi, a Devil Fruit that allows him to manipulate gravity, or as its called, darkness. He can also cancel other fruit user's powers by contact. Due to the nature of the fruit, any blow that hits Wally does much more damage that it would normally do.
Wally has shown to possess great control over his Devil Fruit. He can push back opponents aside from pulling them towards him, create small orbs he can use from a distance to suck objects or propel himself, store a great amount of items on the "Black hole" which he can also keep there for quite some time, as well as create large figures out of darkness, most notably a large fist the size of a giant's hand or even larger, or a large devil-like golem made out of pure darkness that pulls anything it comes to contact with him. He can even create a column of darkness and then move inside it, as a means of transportation between spaces he normally wouldn't be able to (like the sky).

Special abilities and miscellaneous skills:
Wally possesses superhuman strength, as well as astonishing durability, stamina and endurance. He is also able to move at considerable speed, being able to evade bullets and projectiles with relative ease. He also displays great sense of awareness and high reflexes.
Even without his Devil Fruit, he is a dangerous brawl fighter, shown when he was able to severely injure Solar, Zanbian and Clark (although the latter was already worn out) with just a punch, as well as keep up with Best, a Shichibukai-leveled pirate, with just his bare hands.

He also has some amount of military skills, as shown in the Shabaony war arc, since he could see how the war was going and figure out the pirates where aiming to escape and where, being the first to reach the area, as well as offer advice to the marines after the war was over, regarding the guarding of Enies Lobbies. Also, He also has great knowledge about the Devil Fruits, since he was a DF seller once. Another important factor about Wally is that he still retains his broker status, and is very well connected with the underworld.

Wally has fought against some of the most powerful characters in the world, including Anubis, Nishki, Unholy, Tiberius, Wormus, Jason, and many more, and has proved to be completely capable of equally fighting with such powerful individuals, even being outright stronger than some of those examples mentioned above, which showcases that he's probably amongst the strongest pirates (and people in general) in the world.

Weapon skills:
Wally is pretty skilled at using guns, and has very good accuracy. He also carries a dagger around, and while he hasn't used it in any major fights, he is skilled in it's use.

Haki:
Wally is capable of utilizing all three Colors of Haki, and it is implied he possesses great mastery over using Haki.

Learned techniques :
  1. Black Arm: Wally fires off a powerful, enormous blast of darkness, in the form of a giant-sized fist. There are variations of the move, variations that Wally tents to name on the spot, but the general name remains as that.
  2. Black Lagoon: Wally lets darkness ooze out and surround the surface on a given area, and he then uses his gravity powers to bind his targets to the ground.
  3. Big Munch: Wally creates a dark-hole like mass of darkness, that pulls things to it and adsorbs them.
  4. Burst Karma: Wally releases everything absorbed, having them be thrown around violently.
  5. Pillar(s) of Chaos: Wally can only use this in conjunction with Black Lake. After having utilized it, he lifts his hand, and spear-like masses of darkness begin to emerge, rapidly piercing enemies and objects.
  6. Dusk Yaba: One of Wally's most common moves, where he basically fires off a blade made of darkness. he can fire multiples of this attack.
  7. Dusk Coating: Wally covers himself with darkness, forming an armor that negates most special-based assaults, such as fire, ice etc. The drawback is that Wally gets even more damage from physical attacks.
  8. Midnight Amalgam: Wally creates a golem made of darkness. His size is about 8-10 meters tall. The golem is capable of sponging most special based attacks and provides a buffer against physical blows. From here, Wally can use all of his attacks with increased power, most notably the Black Arm move.
  9. Vile Beam: Probably Wally's strongest attack, where the golem collects energy, and fires off a powerful beam.
  10. Dark Path: Wally creates a tunnel of darkness, that can be used to allow him to travel fast, and reach places he could have trouble reaching, such as high objects or altitudes.
  11. Cancel Orb: Wally creates an orb of darkness, that he can then throw at his enemy. If the orb lands on something, it will instantly begin to attempt to absorb it.
  12. Draw Palm: Wally basically draws something or someone towards him.
  13. Push Palm: The exact opposite of Draw Palm.
  14. Astral Merger: Wally creates two orbs of darkness, and then has them collide, causing a simultaneous effect of both Push Palm and Draw Palm. This can be used onto a target to potentially tear it apart.
  15. Dark Warehouse; "object": Wally basically opens a "portal" into the place where he sent the things gravity has absorbed, and can pull something out and use it.

Everything seems to be in order, except the placement of the character history; but that is of no true concern.

Did some changes to the chars history (added the events that happened in all the role plays), as well as put a "???" to where bounty is.

Basically, rewrote personality, history, mainly the events after I begun roleplaying with him summarized, and sorting things out so it's not as confusing (I hope o.e), as well as rewriting the named tecs section all over.

I am aware that it's an enormous bounty, but, it's to follow up with the events happening in the New World, as well as generally the thread this character displays to the entire world, as he has come back into his former glory. (He had reached a Yonko status before, and has returned into about the same level of territory and power control he had at that time, if not more.)

Edited the bounty section with a reference of a number rather than an actual number. Adjusted so to match the minimum known for an (at least to some extent) alleged Yonko-level threat.

Seeing as he lost his Yonkous status I think a solid 2.5 billion would be suitable. Once that is edited in.

Added an actual bounty figure, overhauled the appearance section, added some minor extras here and there elsewhere. Stated that he can use Haki (all colors, which also means he gets my one-per-account Conqueror's Haki slot)
