A dark figure walked silently though the Northblue harbor of Faly'sbloom. Coming to the shipyard he stopped and looked at the ship master. "I need a small ship " The ship master looked at the man. "Over here stranger I think this is what you are looking for" The man followed the ship master to a small ship. After paying for the ship he began to load his supplies onto the ship. "So where are you going stranger?" the man liifted his head and brushed away his long brown hair and stared at the ship master with cold piercing blue eyes. "I am going to Louge town and then the grand line to hunt down these so called pirates disguised as devils" and with that the man pulled out to sea. Dakumaru thinks to himself. " I hope I can Find Some of those damn devil's on my way to Louge town =)

Major Payne had been sent to Faly'sbloom on a mission to recruit new Marines for the Marine HQ. One of his least favorite things he was required to do as an Admiral. As he approached the Harbor of Faly'sbloom. He saw a young man walking along the dock. Payne then called out to the boy, looking around his 17-20's, to stop for a second.

"HEY..YOU THERE! HOLD ON A SECOND!"

Using his Rokushiki, he jumped into the and used Geppou to stay in the air for a split second. Then using his devil fruit power, creating fire at the bottom of his feet. Blasting him to the dock at a high velocity. By the time he was close enough to the dock, he had slowed down, landing directly on the dock. As he knelled over from landing, He took a breath and stood up straight. Cracking his neck as he turned around to look at how far away the boat was.

"Woah...that's about..a good ten feet...that's a new record..."

He turned his attention towards the young man he had called while he was on the ship, for he was standing about four feet next to him.

"Ah...there you are..Thanks for waiting..."

I believe I can either edit my prior post or we could continue with the assumption I had made.

Dakumaru Seeing this Marines power stopped and stared at him " I see there letting devil's into the marines these day's? what do you want with me sir?"

"Yes..They always look for Non-Pirate Devil Fruit users...I Want you to join the Marines kid...er..in honor to server the world..and kept it safe..blah ,blah blah..Look..I need to recruit at least 20 members or I can't leave this damn Island..So how about you go get some of your little friends and well just call it a day..Deal?"

Payne then turned his back to the young one that stood behind him and looked back at the Ship, seeing it wasn't moving an inch.

"Damn..I knew I should have waited..now they really ARE going to leave me here...what a drag..well..best get recruiting.."

"Hmm tempting offer devil" Dakumaru gets a twisted smile. Jumping off of the ship landing on the dock Sword at his side. "Unfortunately good marine I Hate all those who are Devil's , so unless you can guaranty if i joined you I would kill every last devil out there. It might keep me from killing the one before my eyes"

Payne at first ignored the kids words. But took them into consideration that he would be a bother soon if he didn't answer him. Payne spoke too the kid, still with his back turned to him.

"Eh..well..do what you want WHEN you join..I can't guarantee you'll even be close to beating any of our Devil Fruit Marines..on account half of them are berserk power freaks and violent..you wouldn't come close to defeating one..But I'll give you this..If you manage to entertain me for a while..I'll allow you to become my partner..As that..you'll be around MANY devil fruit users..on account I work on hunting them down and recruiting them..but its only if want to cooperate..and if you have the strength and speed not to slow me down.."

OOC: Remember dude.. be careful when getting close to him..he's a very skilled close combat fighter..just giving you the heads up...

Dakumaru Throws a couple poison knives at Payne as Pulls out his Seastone edged sword laced with poison while he closes the gap between them.

Seeing The fire Dakumaru Rushes through it.Burning his skin with blister's and second degree burn's, with a wicked gleam across his face he slashed at Payne with his Seastone edge poisin laced sword.

OOC: Did you just run through fire...um..okay..well..FYI..your on fire now..and you can attempt an attack..a direct attack isn't very fair..

Payne turned his head and saw the wound on his arm, and the poison slowly sinking into his body. He then sighed and let his attack down. He stood up and formed fire around one finger, thus sticking it right into the cut he made on his arm. Burning the poison before giving it a chance to spread through his body.

"I'd be in real trouble if you would have kept that blade in me...I felt my powers nullify for a second..Looks like I'm going to have to be a bit more careful if your going to be using Seastone..or I'll just use Rokushiki...for the time being.."

Emptying 25 poison knives from his coat and rapidly fireing them at payne at close range*

Payne looks directly at the kids attack and waits for a quick second, until all the posion is burned to a crisp. He then looks up and smacks his lips a bit to seen another knife attack. Payne stands still and then leans forward, thus using a basic technique that Rokushiki users use.

"...Soru.."

Payne then appears two feet behind his opponent, easily avoiding the attack. Payne stood there waiting for the young mans next move. Thinking maybe she should make the next offense move.

"Your going to have to put a bit more effort if your going to defeat me.."

(Dakumaru is 25 years old btw)

Using Doppelganger style Dakumaru mimic's Payn's Soru and then appears next to payne left flank as he swings his seastone sword

OOC: Payne is 30..

Payne watched the kid mimic his basic Soru technique as he ran next to him. Payne thus did a quick back flip, dodging the seastone sword. As he began to land on the ground. He looked at the kid who was fighting vigorously and though he could maybe take some of his offensive techniques. Payne landed on the ground and quickly swung his right leg upward, sending off yet another technique for Rokushiki users.

"Storm Leg"

Payne sent off a blast of razor sharp air in the shape of a long blade, in the direction of his opponent.

Useing the momentum from the attack doubling my next attack
following it up with a doppelganger mimic of Soru to get behind payne
And Useing A Doppelganger Storm leg powered by my windmill momentum

(btw ur flame earlier on you said covered the docks/ how long does it take for ur flames to burn them leaving nothing for u to stand on but water or did i miss understand.)

OOC: Just until I chose to kill the flames..but there gone..and second..Fire wouldn't burn the wood that fast..it would take a while..three hours at most..

Payne then did a quick 360 turn while taking in a deep breath, as if he were getting ready to dive under water for 30 minutes. He then began to blow fire out of his mouth like a Arabian Jester does as a street show. He then quickly made the fire die out, leaving a thick black smoke as black as a starless night in his place. Thus, using the same technique once again, to get out of harms way. This time he quickly dashed behind his opponent and slammed his elbow directly into his back, hitting his spine. Payne kept his elbow in his opponents back and began to form fire around his elbow, soon began to burn through his opponents clothes and started to burn through his skin at a rapid paste. Payne then pulled his elbow from his opponents back and then quickly did back kick directly into his opponents back, in the exact same spot he burned him at.

Dakumaru fell to the ground in pain. Spiting up blood,a few broken bones,very weak he slowly stood up and pull out a potion. slowly drinking it, he could feel no pain, even though his body was clearly damaged severely. "Nice Moves Payne, get ready for this cuz it will probably be my last attack" Slashing at Payne with his sword,Dakumaru used
DoppleGanger Storm Mimic
Useing this Dakumaru Mimicked payns storm kick but instead channeled it through the sword he was attacking with.

Panye easily took two steps backwards and a side step to the right as he watched the rookies attempt to do any type of damage to Payne. Payne stood there looking at the boy with his hands in his pockets. Wondering if he should kill the boy or just walk away. Pain began to take control over Payne for a split second, which encouraged these violent and destructive thoughts. Payne quickly bit his tongue and squeezed his eyes tight to keep Pain under control, thus looking at his opponent, seeing he couldn't take another attack. Even if it was a pity attack. Payne turned around and let his Long Marine Coat flow in the wind while he walked off the Harbor and into town.

"...You won't even be able to kill a weak level 3 Paramican with those skills..you have a long ways to go kid.."

"Eh hard to beat those powers of yours Payne'" Dakumaru slowly walked over to his ship to get his medical supplies to start treating his horrible burn's & broken bones. Bandaging his body he collapsed on his boat for a long nap.
