This is a group of Pirates LIKE the Shichibukai. But instead they are a league of Powerful and Skillful Pirates who choose to make bonds, deals, or pacts, with other Pirates. This is mostly formed by Pirate Captains, who have a bounty of 300,000 or more. And have at least four Crew mates. Some Pirates are offered the rank, or Pact. Some choose to work for it. Some become Pirates just to be a Ousama Pact.The main job or objective of the Ousama Pact is to keep the sea in tact. From a Pirates view point. And to also join other Pirates that are with in the pact in any Fights or Soon to be Battles that arise. Each Ousama Pact member is given a special map that shows the main waters, and main base of each Ousama Pact member. They are all also given a Snail Dail to keep in contact with one another.
There are four different ranks, depending on your Power and Bounty, in the Ousama Pact.
Rank 1 = Pirate Master
Rank 2 = Pirate Chikara
Rank 3 = Small Chikara
Rank 4 = Foolish Chikara

Ex - Leon Lexus = Rank 1 (Doesn't care)
Requirements To Join This Crew:
Have 100 post (RP Post only)
Win at least 3 RP fights.
Have a Crew with 3-4 Members.
Win a Fight against One of My Characters (Not any of my Rookies)
RP at least 2 times with me.
Have a bounty of at least 150,000.(I will make exceptions if you PM me, or Post on here)
