Ship: The Kage Kaze (the shadow wind) just as fast as the Fastest ship on the Blue and the Most silent.

3.) if he is a bounty hunter he should be in the BHA, or atleast put N/A under bounty because he cant have one if he is a bounty hunter

not all bountey hunters are in that gourp and that fruit was already approved by you

check the fruit sheet.... I refrenced this, also there are 2 fruits used in one piece with wind:

one is the Kaze Kaze no mi, used by dragon, it alows the user to become, create, and manipulate wind

the other is called the Kama Kama no mi used by Erik the whirlwind, alows the user to attack with blades of air

OK then, but I'm puting the same limiters I put on it, the exact same I used before so all your attacks, and abilitys are the same makeing this whole thing unnecisary LOL
