Appearance: Average height, bone thin, long Purple hair, Green eyes, navy uniform (navy uniform is for his attacks.).

History: Lipton comes from a poor family, when he was smallish his father lost his job during a great depression on Newtonburg, without tax money, the government siezed most of there belongings including there home, they were no forced to live on the streets. Lipton has nothing against the navy, but he joined the Navy hunters to get money from bountys he hoped to collect to help his family.

Special Abilities: Good at sneaking, and robbing, he aquiered such skills from living on the streets and being forced to steel food.
