You look too far into reality when judging something in a FICTIONAL universe. Also this character is being looked at by the Admin so I would appreciate it if you butt out. ;D The techniques are not super powered when compared to pretty much every higher end logia like the Mera Mera no Mi or even the Pika Pika no Mi (both fruits, I may add, can be registered here without even having to get them approved because they are canon so they are pretty germane to my point). They give free range over an entire element in all ranges of combat, my character is mainly a close range fighter and his techniques simply amplify that. Also note that you have to correlate my characters personality type TO his fruit. A powerful ability in the body of a weak will means nothing. His fruit is a last resort tactic as his non-lethal philosophy that I am pretty sure was evident by his definition of 'equal justice' for both pirates and marines.
Hm....well, that I guess you have a point. But I've tried making super overpowered stuff with the excuse "He hates Fighting and/or Killing", but that's actually a weak excuse. Like I said, fights will happen, people are persistent, and it will definitely bring up complaints. True, the Mera Mera and Pika Pika have been used without this sort of issue. But, we have restrictions on those as well. I, as well as any admin, mod, and user on this site, would not like power to be abused. And no matter how much one might promise, human nature is greed and competition. I understand your defense on him having a non-lethal fighting style; at least have more techniques that reflect that. Incapacitation without death, trapping, anything that is a non-lethal checkmate would drastically improve the chances of this character's approval. For the record I believe that realism in fiction greatly adds to the fiction making any slight bit of sense even in it's premise's standards. | |

| I'm pretty sure his Devil Fruit has been approved, so I don't there should be a problem, Key. | |

| It isn't a weak excuse if you actually plan on sticking to a character's personality, most people when they RP forget they ever even made the personality in the first place. Lol. The only ability you take away from logia here is their inability to turn into their element to avoid attacks...but it doesn't take away from the fact that the Mera Mera no Mi can create a fireball like the sun and demolish an island, or that the Pika Pika no Mi lets the user move at nigh light speeds and have exploding super lasers. Lol. All of my attacks can be non-lethal that's the thing. They can or can not be lethal based on how the character uses them. Which is why I gave them all a fair amount of control. No better excuse is the Scream attack which is purely non-lethal and I think totally awesome. The box one as well, more of an interrogation. My certain kill attack is just that, an attack that my character would only use near death and someone could survive as the person being able to reduce the character to such a state would need to be pretty strong as well. | |

| Hm....interesting points. But the Scream says it's a guaranteed knock them off balance, which is kind of auto-hit. Well....
Fine. Gael brings up a good point.

| It's an auto-hit for cronies and lackeys sure lol someone with a higher 'level of power' would naturally be able to withstand the pain more. | |
