"And I am the cookie monster..." It was pretty obvious that he wasn't The cookie monster, but another one like him.

Shad reached into his back pocket and pulled out twenty seven chocolate chip cookies. Shad then threw them straight into Cookie Monsters face

Shad turned his attention towards Admin and Rev. He took a stance ready for battle. He set his hands and back on fire, showing he's ready for anything they are going to dish out.

The cookie monster was not a fool. He drew his Blow gun and aimed at Shad's forearm, specifically the vein. With a quick and quiet spit the dart was flying.

Shad watched the dart fly towards him and then quickly raised his hand up. He held out his Index and Middle fingers out and shot out one bullet of fire, destroying the bullet.

"To Slow...Heat Shot!!!.."

The cookie monster was shocked by his incredible, super ridiculous speeds.
However, he just dived to the left and fired another dart, this time towards Shad's neck.

Iggy was in his garage, hammering more nails into his bat to prepare for the big fight. "Ha HAA! It is complete!" He proclaimed, raising his bat towards the heavens. "Now to rejoin the scrap!" He ran down towards where ever the big fight was, which led him through a city. Across from the street he was on, he saw another user, stopping by a hot dog cart, Iggy recognized him to be Keymaster. "Yo! Key!"

Shad watched Cookie run behind him, attempting another attack. Shad crossed his arms across his chest like he did before and swung them down to his side, creating another giant pillar of fire. This time. Shad turned around while inside the fire, and looked directly at Cookie. Shad pulled his fist back and fired off a Giant fist of Fire out of the pillar flying quickly towards Cookie.

((the movement was a simple dodge to the left to avoid the fire fist, not a surge in for a strike. There was no movement pulling the character closer.))

I created a fire pillar and destroyed it...then I countered your attack..

How can you dodge an attack I posted after you put you moved to the left...I used fire pillar, destroyed your dart...then fired off a fire fist...that's it...

There is no way in hell you can dodge an attack that hasn't been declared yet...

what the hell are you talking about pulling you closer? dude are you mixed up with a different RP..

[you're assuming the shield defends 1-way. It could be impenetrable on both sides]
