Capabilities: The user is capable of using the sheer force of the winds. Whether it be a small tornado formed around the arm to being able to spin a sword to fly. They can also use the power for a ranged attack to knock a opponent on the rear end or just simply blow them away for an escape. (non of the abilitys from this fruit can kill lol)
