History: Ever since Anthony Livingston has been an infant, he has suffered nothing but misfortune. Having been raised in the grand line by a drunk mother and an even drunker father, he was neglected and abused. when his parents were killed when he was 8 years old, Anthony could do nothing but laught, and laugh, and laugh some more. When he was 12, he stowed away on a ship and left his home.
Personality: All he has been through has made him a psychotic despot who wants nothing more than to cause as much chaos as possible. His lingering high-pitched laugh forever haunts the minds of the few victims of him that have lived. Often drags out speeches and goes out of his way to make a joke. Acts as though he is a cartoonish fool, and often partakes in rediculously amusing antics.
Ship: Stows away or seizes countless ships as he travels, only to have them destroyed when he reaches his destination.
